The offered formula will evolve according to our desires and the time of the year. We offer three different options: the Evening Tasting Menu, cooking classes, and tea time. We welcome 14 people at a time, to have the time to host you as if you were at home.

We operate by reservation only, reservations are made online. Events are announced one month in advance on the website and you must purchase a ticket to attend an event.

Première expérience dans un restaurant étoilé Michelin. J'y suis allé pour l'heure du thé & j'avais très peu d'attentes car je ne suis pas un'foodie' & je n'ai pas particulièrement la dent sucrée mais on m'a invité du coup je suis allé nonchalamment.

J'ai reçu une claque, de l'extase pur, j'ai l'impression que j'ai de nouvelles papilles gustatives qui ont poussés, j'avais l'impression de goûter des nouveaux aliments qui n'existent pas encore, les textures sont parfaites, tout est beau visuellement, même les assiettes sont en porcelaine & très belles. Le thé est excellent & complimente à merveille le dessert entre chaque bouchée.

Si j'avais une seule critique à faire c'est la première impression des cuillères, elles ont plein de'scratch' & de micro-abrasions comme si elles avaient fait 500 lavages dans un lave-vaisselle LG. Il faudrait les laver à la main. Le reste des verres/assiettes sont immaculés mais pour un restaurant de ce'standing' donnez moi une cuillère qui sors de la pub de Finish Jet-Dry. 😤

Bref, c'est une expérience à faire une fois dans sa vie, il mérite amplement son étoile! ⭐?

Absolutely flawless, had a great time & loved every dish. They are so hyper-local they even managed to find someone in Quebec who grows yuzu. Crazy. The plates were delicious & they looked a lot better than in my pictures but my old phone did its best.

Depuis plus d'un an, j'attends de réserver au Sabayon. Ca valait la peine!! Un équilibre de goûts impeccable, des produits locaux, une passion des propriétaires... C'est bon, c'est doux, c'est recherché, c'est réconfortant. Bref, le meilleur resto de Montréal pour moi !

I was so happy to finally get a reservation at this 14-seat restaurant. Every dish was full of flavor & beautifully prepared, but my favorite was the Arctic char served in a fragrant mushroom broth-it was absolutely memorable. The desserts were just as outstanding as I remembered from when they had the pastry shop Chez Patrice.

We were happy to spend the evening here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, & it truly felt special. Be sure to plan a full evening, as the dining experience stretches close to 3 hours. While portions may lean on the smaller side, every bite is crafted with such care that it's truly worth it. An unforgettable meal from start to finish.

Nous étions 4 & tous, sans exception nous nous sommes dit:'Quelle experience incroyable!' Tous les plats étaient bon. & nous avons tous été unanime sur Le plat d'Omble Chevalier, il restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Perso, l'un des meilleurs plats que j'ai mangé dans ma vie. Patrice Demers & Marie-Josée Beaudoin ont été des hôtes extraordinaire. Ca vaut amplement le prix. Merci à vous 2 pour ce souvenir qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Au plaisir de se revoir!!!

Sans faute - nous y étions pour le menu végane & il y avait du GOUT dans TOUT TOUT TOUT -
Le pairing que nous propose Marie-Josée élevait les plats - c'était sublime. Bravo!

Excellent meal with interesting standouts like the salty cheesecake appetizer, the fresh cucumber scallops, & the pistachio cake under the strawberry sorbet.
The tasting menu as a whole was very well curated & went from one dish to the next harmoniously.
A great selection of wines & cocktails available to pair.
Service was very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. Patrice & Marie-Josée make you feel right at home in their space.

I would recommend anyone try it to mark a special occasion, or simply to have a great evening.

Le Sabayon est restaurant unique en son genre. Patrice y prépare une cuisine intuitive, juste, intelligente & goûteuse, selon les saisons. Si quelque chose est dans l'assiette, il a son utilité! Marie-José en salle est l'équilibre de son talent. Les accords mets-vins sont géniaux, sans parler de la « play list » choisie également avec goût ❣? J'ai beaucoup aimé me laisser conduire tout au long de la soirée par des mains de maîtres.
Même les toilettes ont ce souci du détail que l'on retrouve dans chaque élément du restaurant. On aimerait un resto de 50 places pour y retourner plus souvent, mais ça ne serait pas pareil…

Enjoyed a truly exquisite meal starting with some delightful amuse-bouche, followed by asparagus with smoked eel, calamondin. Then came the incredible lobster with morel mushrooms, white asparagus, & fresh herbs, which was absolutely delicious. Next was Arctic char with caramelized onion & mushrooms, followed by grilled mushrooms with arlette, sabayon, & celeriac. For dessert, I had rhubarb granite with whipped cream, roasted almonds, & edible flowers, then chocolate mousse with pecans & wild caraway, finishing with mignardises. Each dish was a work of art, especially that lobster... it was incredible!

That Michelin star is well deserved. We'll be back for the next season.

After months of trying to secure a reservation, we finally had the pleasure of dining at Sabayon - & it was more than worth the wait.

My wife & I visited with another couple, & from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Chef Patrice addressed my friend's allergies with impressive attention to detail. The care he took in crafting each dish was evident, & his ability to adapt the tasting menu without compromising flavour or creativity was masterful.

We had the tasting menu & opted for wine pairings, & the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Patrice presented each course, proudly highlighting the use of local, seasonal ingredients, which added a meaningful layer to the story behind each plate. Every dish was beautifully balanced, inventive, & absolutely delicious.

Equally commendable was Marie-Josée, who guided us through the wine pairings with passion & precision. Her selections not only complemented each course perfectly but also reflected the same local-first philosophy that made the entire meal feel deeply connected to its place.

The harmony between kitchen & cellar, between chef & sommelier, made this evening unforgettable. Sabayon is not just a restaurant - it's an experience, & one we can't wait to repeat.

Je recommande vivement l'heure du thé chez Sabayon. Non seulement la qualité des desserts est incroyable tout comme l'accord entre les plats & les thés, le service est lui aussi incomparable ! C'était une expérience inoubliable !
