Excellent meal with interesting standouts like the salty cheesecake appetizer, the fresh cucumber scallops, & the pistachio cake under the strawberry sorbet.
The tasting menu as a whole was very well curated & went from one dish to the next harmoniously.
A great selection of wines & cocktails available to pair.
Service was very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. Patrice & Marie-Josée make you feel right at home in their space.

I would recommend anyone try it to mark a special occasion, or simply to have a great evening.

Je recommande vivement l'heure du thé chez Sabayon. Non seulement la qualité des desserts est incroyable tout comme l'accord entre les plats & les thés, le service est lui aussi incomparable ! C'était une expérience inoubliable !

Que dire à part que ce fut une de mes plus belles expériences gastronomiques à date. On s'y sent comme à la maison, le service est chaleureux & les recommandations pointues. Le menu est à tomber à terre avec, en plus, quelques aliments que d'habitude je n'aime pas du tout. De saison, local, original, c'est un sans faute. Mention spéciale pour le financier au sarrasin & beurre noisette en mignardise pour clôturer le spectacle, c'est une folie !! Bravo & longue vie à Sabayon !

Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Les plats étaient bien exécutés. Le service des plats se faisaient par nos hôtes avec de belles descriptions. C'est recommandé!

Super concept! Nourriture de qualité, recherché, fin mélange des saveurs ! Restaurant de peu de tables, on peut s'entendre parler ! Je recommande à tous! On paye à la réservation, taxes & pourboire inclus. Très agréable !
