This was our second visit, as our first experience was genuinely enjoyable. While the food remained excellent, the service was surprisingly disappointing.

Despite arriving with a reservation while the restaurant was still largely empty, we were repeatedly steered away from multiple available tables & eventually seated in an uncomfortable corner. We were told the preferred tables had to be kept for upcoming reservations.

Once we had accepted the seating arrangement, we chose not to revisit the issue & simply tried to enjoy the evening. However, as the night went on, several of those tables remained available throughout much of our meal, while other guests were later seated in that same section. Had the situation simply been explained more transparently-for example, if those tables were reserved later in the evening & we were welcome to use one until then-we would have completely understood. Instead, the gap between the explanation we were given & what actually unfolded became impossible to overlook. It ultimately left us feeling that our request had been dismissed rather than genuinely considered.

The evening concluded with confusion over our bill, which unfortunately reinforced what had already become an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

Excellent food deserves service of the same caliber. Sadly, this visit fell well short of the standard that brought us back.

The pasta was incredible. The cheese wheel pasta was to die for & I dream of it! The 5a7 deals are awesome. Will def be back!

I have been here at least 2 dozen times in the last three years, since moving to Montreal.
Every single time the food is spot on.
I have never had a poor or negative experience with the service or food quality.
Tonight was no exception.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre visite sur place.
L'accueil, le décor, les apéros, la bouffe : simplement parfait.
Les pâtes dans la meule de fromage ont beaucoup impressionnés en plus d'être délicieuse. Même nos 3 ados, sorti de leur zone de confort, ont aimé. Nous le recommandons chaudement en plus d'y retourner sûrement

J'ai pris les fameuses pâtes dans la meule de fromage & c'était aussi beau & impressionnant de voir ca en live devant ma table que bon de les manger. J'ai vraiment eu un coup de coeur sur la décoration. Une belle place à découvrir surtout que les prix étaient très abordables pour la portion!

Venu avec 4 amies pour manger des pizzas, elle étais excellente. La patte cuit au feux de bois fait vraiment la différence. Serveuse très sympathique, & la musique vraiment dans l'ambiance ! Je recommande sans hésiter !
