Vôtre pizza est arrivée froide lors de la livraison. Manque de fromage car il y avais plus de pâte & sauce tomate. Vous devriez aussi protéger mieux l'emballage car tout le monde y a accès. Vraiment triste que vous faites affaires avec Uber car leurs service est vraiment pitoyable. Le livreur a pris tout son temps quand j'habite tout près.
J'étais présent pendant l'événement Croissound, je ne peux donc pas convenablement me prononcer sur l'ambiance habituel de l'endroit.

Wow !! Vraiment un 10/10 . Je suis allé un jeudi soir a l'improviste vers 8h j'ai reussi a avoir une table rapidement 2 adultes , 2 enfants , 9:30 je terminais
2 pizza 2 entree 2 dessert + un plat de pates sur la coche
Ça fait plusieurs fois que je me rends au Fuggazi, & je me suis toujours dit qu'il fallait que j'écrive une review je me décide !
Par où commencer? Déjà l'ambiance & la déco : tu rentres, t'as l'impression de changer d'univers, c'est cosy comme un plat de spaghetti chez maman un dimanche soir. Tout est fait maison, c'est bon, frais & très raisonnable, de nos jours ça devient rare!
Mais la cerise sur le sundae, c'est le service! Qu'on soit venus seuls avec ma conjointe, ou à la dernière minute avec un couple d'amis & trois enfants, un jeudi, un mardi, un samedi, ils vont tout faire pour nous arranger. Audrey, la gestionnaire (oui, on a fini par sympathiser), gère le plancher d'une main de maître. Sourire aux lèvres constant toujours à faire le max pour ses clients. Je me souviens d'un soir avec un couple vraiment désagréable envers l'équipe depuis qu'ils s'étaient assis, elle a réussi à désamorcer la situation…quel professionnalisme ! (Je l'aurais jetée dehors😂
La plupart du temps où on est venus, la barman s'appelait Noémie. En tout cas je tiens à souligner son savoir-faire, il est incroyable. N'ayez pas peur de faire une requête en dehors de la carte des cocktails, elle connaît très bien son univers !
Bref, j'hésite presque à laisser ce commentaire parce que je voudrais garder cette pépite d'endroit pour moi 🤭 mais ambiance, nourriture, service, conseils, tout est au rendez-vous, même la playlist musicale est au top

This was my 4th visit at the restaurant, but the experience on Tuesday night yesterday with the two female employees on duty was absolutely horrible. I came specifically for the $26'All You Can Eat' pasta special, which runs from 8:30 PM until closing. I called ahead, & they confirmed over the phone that arriving around 9:30 PM was no problem at all.We were nonetheless in the restaurant & seated with menus at exactly 9:08 PM in an empty restaurant, yet the waitress didn't come to take our order until 9:30 PM. Out of respect for the kitchen's closing time, the moment her coworker came to clear our first plates, I asked to order our next round. It was 9:37PM then. That is when the excuses & lies started. We were told by her colleague from the bar that the kitchen was closed, then she claimed she didn't know we were there for the special, constantly contradicting herself & saying we should have told our waitress when we came about the all you can eat when we specifically mentioned we were ordering this special both on the phone & before being assigned a table. This coworker was giving attitude, was incredibly rude, dismissive, & walked away without answering after we thanked her for clearing the table. Our waitress, while polite in tone & way better spoken than her colleague at the bar, still gave us a hard time. Her story about the kitchen hours & the possibility of reordering kept changing (she said 10:00 PM over the phone but 9:45 PM in person). Even though it was only 9:40 PM, she made us feel like she was doing us a massive'favor' just by putting in a refill. She then refused to fix a wrong order because she didn't want the kitchen to'hate her.' We felt completely judged (probably for coming for the all u can eat which is advertised by the restaurant & something that was not free & that we completely paid for), unwelcome, & like we were a burden to these two employees just for ordering the advertised special. Terrible customer service from these two ladies. It's a shame, because I was on a streak to support this restaurant. The owner seriously needs to review the staff working on Tuesday nights.
J'ai mangé ici hier & j'ai adoré mon expérience. L'ambiance est vraiment agréable & le décor du restaurant est magnifique. Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité de la nourriture, qui était tout simplement excellente.
Le service mérite aussi une mention spéciale. Notre serveur avait un excellent sens de l'humour, était très attentionné & s'est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien tout au long du repas.
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter! 😁
