The offered formula will evolve according to our desires and the time of the year. We offer three different options: the Evening Tasting Menu, cooking classes, and tea time. We welcome 14 people at a time, to have the time to host you as if you were at home.

We operate by reservation only, reservations are made online. Events are announced one month in advance on the website and you must purchase a ticket to attend an event.

Sabayon delivers a Michelin-starred dining experience where each course feels like a crafted work of art and the tasting menu unfolds with depth, invention and a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The service is warm and attentive, guided by a small team that makes guests feel at home, and the tea time and dessert courses are especially memorable for their elegance, harmony with the courses and superb presentation. While reservations can be hard to secure and portions run on the smaller side, the overall balance of savory and sweet, the thoughtful wine and tea pairings, and the celebration of terroir make the evening one to remember and worth repeating.

Super nice afternoon tea experience! Different from other afternoon tea I've been, you don't choose the tea. Instead the tea was paired with each course. I loved the fact that I got to try different kinds of tea. & they paired well with each dishes :) Will definitely come back to try the dinner too!

Amazing experience! I managed to book for the tea experience, & it was great. The tea pairing with the desserts was well done. We especially loved the cheesecake & brioche! I wanted more. Definitely recommend it if you can get a reservation.
