The offered formula will evolve according to our desires and the time of the year. We offer three different options: the Evening Tasting Menu, cooking classes, and tea time. We welcome 14 people at a time, to have the time to host you as if you were at home.
We operate by reservation only, reservations are made online. Events are announced one month in advance on the website and you must purchase a ticket to attend an event.

Tout simplement délicieux! Si vous avez la chance de réussir à avoir un réservation n'hésitez pas c'est vraiment l'un des meilleurs restaurants ou j'ai eu le plaisir de déguster un repas. L'accord mets & vins est tout simplement fabuleux! J'ai déjà hâte d'avoir le plaisir de goûter à nouveau la cuisine de Patrice & les vins de Marie-Josée 🤩

Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Les plats étaient bien exécutés. Le service des plats se faisaient par nos hôtes avec de belles descriptions. C'est recommandé!
Magnifique expérience au Sabayon. Le menu 7 services est vraiment incroyable! Plats raffinés & bien exécutés, 3 desserts pour finir dont un, celui à la fraise, digne d'une étoile michelin tellement ctait époustouflant! On a hâte d'y revenir. Nous avions aussi pris l'accord mets vins, pour ma part j'aurais aimé avoir un choix de vins un peu plus haut de gamme. Ctait bon mais moins dans mes goûts.

Amazing place. We were lucky to book it. Trying all these chef-d'oeuvres from local products was a great experience. I wouldn't like to evaluate the service because the restaurant is running by only 2 people, so you must inevitably understand the time it takes to serve 14 people. Imagine it your are doing yourself & your wife. Even you are great in it. Not easy. I didn't understand some taste pairings like grilled cucumbers with lobsters, in my opinion cucumbers do not benefit at all but the rest of the menu was really perfect. Pistachio ice cream parfait is a killer dessert. Cocktails are strong & good. Wine pairing also good. Thanks for the experience
Super nice afternoon tea experience! Different from other afternoon tea I've been, you don't choose the tea. Instead the tea was paired with each course. I loved the fact that I got to try different kinds of tea. & they paired well with each dishes :) Will definitely come back to try the dinner too!
Si on pouvait donner 6 étoiles, on le ferait. Expérience parfaite: tant en cuisine qu'au niveau du service. Je vous souhaite de pouvoir aller y manger. 🤩🤩

Super concept! Nourriture de qualité, recherché, fin mélange des saveurs ! Restaurant de peu de tables, on peut s'entendre parler ! Je recommande à tous! On paye à la réservation, taxes & pourboire inclus. Très agréable !
Amazing experience! I managed to book for the tea experience, & it was great. The tea pairing with the desserts was well done. We especially loved the cheesecake & brioche! I wanted more. Definitely recommend it if you can get a reservation.
L'ambiance est moderne, sans prétention & le service professionnel. De petites portions tout en délicatesse, magnifiques à l'oeil & au goût raffiné. Calculez une heure trente l'expérience & beaucoup de rapidité pour pouvoir réserver ! J'aurais aimé une note salée au travers de toutes ces douceurs sucrées ou du moins, une étape fraicheur... un granité ? ... un arrangement avec fruits frais ? Je recommande vivement. C'est un moment génial à s'offrir ou à offrir. Qualité égale à la réputation du pâtissier.
