4.5 stars. Their lunch menu is perfect, great service. I really enjoyed my experience. One of my favorite restaurants in Montréal.

The space at Graziella feels calm & polished, perfect for a leisurely lunch or a quiet catch-up.
The food itself was decent. Flavours were there, presentation was nice, nothing groundbreaking but solid.
Here's where it fell apart: the service was painfully slow. What's frustrating is that it wasn't even that busy. Aside from a company group, the restaurant was fairly quiet. There were more than enough staff on floor & in the kitchen to handle the flow, but dishes & drinks still took forever to come out.
It's a shame, because the ambiance & food had potential for a lovely lunch. But when the pace drags like that, it takes away from the whole experience.

Just the best Italian restaurant in Montreal. I have been going to this restaurant for business lunches for the past 5 years & they continue to impress me.
Although far from your traditional Italian restaurant, they food selection & quality is unmatched.

Enjoyable dining experience. Suitable for a business lunch or dinner, a family celebration or a romantic dinner. Exceptional wine list, with waitstaff qualified to guide the customer in selection. Creative cuisine solidly rooted in Italian tradition & prepared with local fresh produce. Highly recommended
