Wanted to eat authentic Japanese ramen & it was exactly that. Had a cold lemon noodle for the first time & it was delicious, flavourful & perfect food for the hot summer day!
It has a relaxing atmosphere restaurant with lots of seats. The service was impeccable & staff is lovely.
Went for lunch, you get very good value for a tasty ramen with karaage entrée & a drink.
Will return.
We used to frequent this place around two years ago, but the current state of the restaurant makes it seem like it'll shut down any day now.
Last order at 8:00pm, & closing at 8:30 on a weekend??
Nothing wrong with the staff personally, as per usual, very friendly. However, the meal itself, & the closing time is not commendable.
Last time we came here, we were happily cutting into our eggs, when the yellow part of the egg (the grey part..) plopped out & splooshed into the broth onto our clothes. When we got home we, & especially our kid got a bad case of diarrhea.
We also remember a high pitched sound throughout our visit, don't know where that was coming from, but it was very unpleasant.
The owner is clearly not taking good care of this restaurant. If you want a ramen in Mile end, just go to tsukuyomi, it's a 3 minute walk from this place.
Never had a overcooked ramen egg in my life but apparently that's normal here. Soup & noodles were good tho
