ramen(160) broth(39) noodle(21) egg(18) bouillon(17) spicy(16) poulet(12) recommend(12) chicken(11) nouille(10) soup(10) premium(10)I have been to this restaurant several times & I really love it. The quality of ramen is perfect & the taste is authentic & the same taste as ones I had in Japan. I appreciate their professional service.
I've been here sooo many times & it's always amazing. Definitely my favorite ramen spot in Montreal. Their chicken broth just gets me every time!
The staff was very friendly & the music was great! Super great food too.
I got the red Tori-paitan & asked for extra hot. The ramen came lukewarm, the broth was incredibly thick (felt like curry/pasty texture), the egg was cold, & it wasn't spicy at all. I question their choice of toppings. I read another review from 4 months ago & they mentioned the exact same thing about the Tori-paitan. Overall, not the restaurant for me, but I do hope the business improves.
Like the other reviews said: the spicy chicken broth was room temp, suspiciously thick & greasy, way too salty even though we asked for less salty, not spicy, strange choice of toppings (arugula & red onions, no green onions). Go down the street to Tsukuyomi instead
Enjoyed our ramen for lunch on our quick visit to Montreal. This broth was a bit salty for our liking but otherwise was a decent experience here.
I always love finding Japanese restaurants which are truly authentic. Always a great sign if the staff speaks Japanese. :)
Food was absolutely delicious (& I eat a lot of Ramen) - we had the Karaage & spicy Tonkutsu Ramen, the broth was amazing! Haven't tried other items of their menu yet, will come back!
Love this place. The ramen is great, I had the one with chicken broth & my wife the pork broth, just Yummy ! Definitely will come back.
I give 2 stars because I ordered on uber eats so I cannot say about service & atmosphere. I ordered the Cha siu don for 18$. I like the taste but the size of the bowl was small & they only put few pieces of THIN char siu meat on top of so much rice. The ratio of char siu & rice is not good. So little meat & so much rice! I was still hungry after that. I was really disappointed. It's really not worth 18$!! I saw they also have a smaller size bowl Char Siu Don for 10$ & I imagine already that the bowl will be the tiniest little cup that you can finish in 2-3 bites! What a joke!!
I've given this place several tries over the past year, but have been consistently disappointed. My hard-boiled egg was cold at the center, & there were a bunch of large & roughly-chopped stale-looking red onions covering my ramen, which was pretty unappetizing. Overall not the best ramen you can get locally.
