very Excellente expérience ! Le service était rapide & de grande qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, respectueux & très professionnel. Tout était bien organisé & j'ai été très bien servi. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Sur uber eats ils font les bols n'importe comment. J'ai demandé bol avec de l'avocat (ce qui était écrit dans leur description) il n'y avait pas d'avocat & les tempuras brûlés. Pour le prix qu'on paie c'est décevant!
A new review & very disappointing on the quality of Olivia's chicken. I today May 28 I purchased two four pc strip & fries & brought home what I'd thought would be golden chicken strips but what I got was brown burnt flour tasting mostly batter & was only able to eat the fries: very disappointing & won't be changing it again. That & the service has gone down. No one answers the phone & all employees in the back chatting away. I'm torn by my first review to tgis but won't be going back.

The food was good like at all poke monster locations however there is some problems with the staff.
Problem 1. Last night we went there for a bowl around 9:00 p.m. & the music playing in the store was so loud it could make your ears bleed. It was at a very uncomfortable level we ended up leaving because it was so loud.
Problem 2. We saw them place a couple of food bowls in an area by the kitchen window. We didn't think they could be ours because they kept walking past them & handing out delivery orders. We didn't think anybody would be so dumb as to leave two orders there for 20 minutes while the customer is sitting there looking at them from across the room. However this was the case.
The young guy & girl that work there seem to talk Non-Stop in the kitchen instead of actually doing their job & handing the food to people. When he finally did decide to hand us the food it was cold. Probably because it had been sitting there for 20 minutes like I said. Not cooking, not being heated just sitting there.
They could probably tell we weren't very pleased even though we didn't say anything. So they went ahead & cranked the loud music back on again. I'm fine with music but at volumes like that it really does cause hearing damage. I think this location needs some better management. Maybe remind the kids that they're at work not at a dance club.
Edit: we will definitely eat at poke monster restaurants again just not at this location. It's a very uncomfortable environment.
Paying $55 (2 bowls) for ear bleeding music & cold food is not how I want to spend my money.

Franchement, super expérience ! Le propriétaire de ce Poker Monster a vraiment pris le temps de m'accompagner du début à la fin pour ma commande. On sent qu'il se soucie vraiment de ses clients : il a été très courtois, respectueux & surtout à l'écoute. Ses conseils étaient pertinents & m'ont aidé à faire le bon choix. C'est rare de voir un service aussi attentionné de nos jours. Je recommande sans hésiter !
The Guy working is really friendly & loved his attitude, but that doesnt excuse the food i have received. I ordered The Gangster & the quality of food is just the worst, by far the worst poke i have ever tried. The chicken & shrimp is cold, the rice is mushy almost like a porridge.
& all that for $44, just not worth it.
I am never coming back.
