May 2026 Update:
Over a year since my first review of Mazzeh & we have been back many times, including last night. The food was as amazing last night as was the first dish we had from there over a year ago! The new kebab bowl is easily the best in town, & we are really grateful to the owners & employees for keeping up the amazing service & food!
10/10 recommend. Will definitely be back for more! Kebab pitas were phenomenal & large, gormeh sabzi was on point & the tahdig did not disappoint!
The food was that amazing that I forgot to take a photo before starting eating! They serve the best Koobideh in Montreal! I tried their Barg kebab for the first time today & I can't say how tender, juicy & amazing it was! The welcoming atmosphere & their good service is an add-on to the high quality food! I definitely RECOMMEND Mazeh!

The food was good, but not great, it didn't have a particularly distinctive taste, & in my opinion, the price is a bit high. However, their customer service & attitude were excellent.
Excelent service, very kind staff, I tried new flavors that I have not tried before. I recommend the olives marinated with walnuts & pomegranate paste. Delicious!!!
I ordered the Rose Platter & Jujelicious for my party dinner, & the quality of the food was amazing. Everything was delivered warm, beautifully packed, & exactly on time. They even reconfirmed the order before delivery. With Mr. Masoud's helpful guidance over the phone, I preheated the oven & kept the food warm until serving. It was a wonderful experience, & all my guests kept asking where the food was from. I highly recommend this catering for any party.

I recently tried Mazzeh & had their fesenjoon -- it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were really well balanced, with that perfect mix of sweet & tangy that makes the dish so special.
The presentation did surprise me a little though, as it didn't include any pomegranate seeds, which I was expecting. Still, the taste more than made up for it.
The place itself is more of a counter-style setup, with just a couple of tables & a few seats at a high counter, so it feels quite small & casual. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly, which made the experience even nicer.
Overall, a great spot if you're looking for flavorful food in a simple, no-fuss setting.
I ordered from Marche Mazzeh on Uber Eats & had a great experience! I got the beef & chicken kebab, & everything was super flavorful & cooked really well. The portions were generous, the rice was fresh, & the grilled veggies were a nice touch. It all arrived well packaged & still warm. Definitely a solid choice when you're craving a tasty, satisfying meal 😊
Absolutely AMAZING taste! We ordered Kebab with rice & bread, & it was absolutely delicious. We didn't have to wait for a long time, & the employees were very friendly & respectful! Highly recommended!
C'est des bonnes personnes, accueillantes & compréhensives. J'ai testé le sandwich kebab koobideh c'est très délicieux. En plus c'est 100% halal. Ils sont très bien organisé.

I don't usually write long reviews, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exceptional. The attention to detail, the warm welcome, & the overall vibe immediately set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
Let's talk about the food… absolutely outstanding. Every single dish was prepared to perfection - rich, fresh, & full of authentic Lebanese flavors that honestly took me straight to Beirut. The mezze selection was incredibly generous & beautifully presented, the grilled dishes were juicy & perfectly seasoned, & the desserts were simply heavenly. You can really taste the quality & care in every bite.
What made it even more special was the service. The team went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & happy the entire time. They were attentive without being overwhelming, genuinely kind, & always smiling - which made the whole experience feel so personal & welcoming.
The atmosphere deserves its own mention - elegant, cozy, & full of charm. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your time, & create beautiful memories with family & friends.
This is not just a restaurant, it's a full experience. Easily one of the best Lebanese dining spots I've been to. A well-deserved 5 stars, & I already can't wait to come back
When we have extra kebab & store it in fridge, the whole fridge gets the grate smell of kebab & makes me crazy. Every time I open the fridge, I just want to go & buy more kebab from Mazzeh!
Mazzeh is hands down one of the best spots in Montreal for authentic Persian takeout. The kebab is incredible-easily the best on the island. I always order the beryani, & it's impressively close to the authentic version from Esfahan (❤?), Iran. Every dish we've tried has been excellent, & it's a favorite across my whole extended family. The service is friendly & fast. The takeout is beautifully presented-clearly made with premium ingredients & care. Mazzeh also put together individual meals for an elementary school lunchtime fundraiser- again beautifully presented. Highly recommended.
