I recently tried Mazzeh & had their fesenjoon -- it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were really well balanced, with that perfect mix of sweet & tangy that makes the dish so special.
The presentation did surprise me a little though, as it didn't include any pomegranate seeds, which I was expecting. Still, the taste more than made up for it.
The place itself is more of a counter-style setup, with just a couple of tables & a few seats at a high counter, so it feels quite small & casual. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly, which made the experience even nicer.
Overall, a great spot if you're looking for flavorful food in a simple, no-fuss setting.
I don't usually write long reviews, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exceptional. The attention to detail, the warm welcome, & the overall vibe immediately set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
Let's talk about the food… absolutely outstanding. Every single dish was prepared to perfection - rich, fresh, & full of authentic Lebanese flavors that honestly took me straight to Beirut. The mezze selection was incredibly generous & beautifully presented, the grilled dishes were juicy & perfectly seasoned, & the desserts were simply heavenly. You can really taste the quality & care in every bite.
What made it even more special was the service. The team went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & happy the entire time. They were attentive without being overwhelming, genuinely kind, & always smiling - which made the whole experience feel so personal & welcoming.
The atmosphere deserves its own mention - elegant, cozy, & full of charm. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your time, & create beautiful memories with family & friends.
This is not just a restaurant, it's a full experience. Easily one of the best Lebanese dining spots I've been to. A well-deserved 5 stars, & I already can't wait to come back

I had an amazing experience at Mazeh Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious & full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh & well-seasoned, & you can really tell they put care into every dish. The portions were generous, & the presentation was beautiful.
The staff was very welcoming, friendly, & attentive. They made sure we were comfortable & checked in at the right moments without being overwhelming. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, perfect for going out with friends or family.
I definitely recommend Mazeh if you're looking for authentic, tasty food & great service. I will 100% be coming back
This is the second time I've ordered catering from Mazzeh, & once again they absolutely delivered. I ordered for a big crowd, & everyone loved the food. The taste, freshness, & quality were outstanding.
The kebabs at Mazzeh are truly some of the best in town - perfectly seasoned, tender, & incredibly fresh. Everything was prepared to perfection. The staff & service were also top-notch, very professional & helpful, which made the whole experience smooth & enjoyable.

I recently stopped by Mazzeh to pick up a kebab, & I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly & the kebab was delicious-juicy, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food & a welcoming atmosphere.
Mazzeh is an absolute gem in Montreal! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with the warmest hospitality & truly amazing service. I ordered Jooje kebab & Koobideh through Uber Eats today. Honestly, the Jooje kebab was the best I've had in Montreal. its flavor was exactly like the ones I used to eat in Iran. Absolutely delicious. Thank you!
Delicious beryoon! Not 100% authentic flavor but very close to the original, also big portions. But on ubereats picture & in the description it says it comes with a side of yogurt which was not sent!

The food is always top quality, & the Koobideh kebabs & Koobideh sandwiches are out of this world. Every dish is packed with flavor & cooked to perfection.
If you haven't tried Maze yet, you're seriously missing out!
I recently visited this restaurant for their Persian kebab, & I was honestly impressed. The kebab was tender, juicy, & perfectly seasoned, authentic flavors that instantly reminded me of home. The rice was fluffy, the grilled tomatoes were smoky & sweet, & the portions were generous.
What made the experience even better was the service. Our waiter, Zakaria, was incredibly kind & attentive. Overall, the combination of delicious, authentic Persian food & outstanding service, the kindest owner makes this spot a place I'll definitely return to & recommend to friends. If you go, make sure to try the kebab koobideh!
Mazzeh is honestly one of the best spots I've been to in a while. The food was amazing - super fresh, full of flavor, & everything was cooked just right. I tried the mezze & some grilled dishes, & I could've happily eaten the whole menu.
The vibe inside is really nice & relaxed, & the staff were super friendly & helpful without being over the top. You can tell they actually care about making sure you have a good experience.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly respectful & welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. We ordered the Royal Platter & Khoresht-e-Masti, which came with fresh, warm bread, it was absolutely delicious. The food was served on time, all the kebabs were flavorful & perfectly cooked, & everything was served hot, which we really appreciated.
The only small suggestion I have is about the rice, the taste wasn't quite to our preference. Maybe trying different brands of rice could improve it even more.
The seating area is quite limited, so if you're a group of more than 4-6, it might be better to consider takeaway.
Overall, a great experience & definitely worth visiting. Wishing the team continued success in their great work.

Authentic Persian Food Done Right!
This place truly exceeded my expectations. The food quality is excellent, & the flavors are perfectly balanced-nothing too oily or overly spiced, just delicious & authentic. Portion sizes are generous, & you really get great value for your money.

Just tried this Iranian kebab takeaway for the first time & already planning my return! The koobideh kebab was incredibly juicy & perfectly seasoned, with generous portions of fragrant saffron rice & all the proper accompaniments. Everything was thoughtfully packaged & stayed fresh on the trip home. The staff was friendly & helpful with recommendations. I recently placed a large catering order from Mazze Catering for a gathering of 70 guests, & I couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was absolutely delicious - especially the kebabs! Everyone kept commenting on how juicy, tender, & flavorful they were.
It's not easy to impress a big group, but Mazze really delivered. The quality, taste, & presentation were all top-notch. I'll definitely be ordering from them again for future events. Highly recommended!
Overall, it was a very good first experience with this catering service. By this, I mean the good value for money (it was a buffet for 50 people ordered for the company for Nowruz).
The food was really delicious & flavorful, the dishes were prepared with care, & it truly reflects what's shown in the pictures - you won't be disappointed!
The only small downside, which was certainly beyond their control when using an external delivery service: it was delivered to the wrong address (incorrect floor).
This caused a slight delay & a bit of stress during the preparation.
But other than that, the culinary experience was spot on!
