A new review & very disappointing on the quality of Olivia's chicken. I today May 28 I purchased two four pc strip & fries & brought home what I'd thought would be golden chicken strips but what I got was brown burnt flour tasting mostly batter & was only able to eat the fries: very disappointing & won't be changing it again. That & the service has gone down. No one answers the phone & all employees in the back chatting away. I'm torn by my first review to tgis but won't be going back.

The Guy working is really friendly & loved his attitude, but that doesnt excuse the food i have received. I ordered The Gangster & the quality of food is just the worst, by far the worst poke i have ever tried. The chicken & shrimp is cold, the rice is mushy almost like a porridge.
& all that for $44, just not worth it.
I am never coming back.

This gem of a spot brings such a beautiful touch to our neighborhood-not only is the food incredible, but the entire experience is top-notch. *Changed review to 2 stars because of the canned reply to my comments that doesn't make sense. Clearly customer service is not their priority.

I've ordered several times now (Uber Eats) & the food is good. BUT every single time you guys forget some kind of sauce. First you forgot the sauce on my dynamite chicken. Next time you forgot the plum sauce with my imperial rolls. Just now you forgot the side-sauce with my popcorn shrimp. The sauce affects the taste & texture, & it's disappointing every time when I discover a sauce missing. Pleaseeee double-check delivery orders & stop forgetting sauces! I will just stop ordering from you if this keeps happening. :(

Amazing service. Fast & clean. Love the way the owner Sami greets you. The food is delicious. I looooove the Godzilla. 1.5kg of amazing food. Chicken, salmon, Tuna, Shrimps & tempura Shrimps. Caaaan you dig it. :) Enjooooy.

We showed up 15mins before closing at 3am & Sammi was so sweet & friendly & gave us the tastiest poke & packed it FULL of chicken for us :)
