At least for me, with my gluten-free & dairy-free diet, I don't remember when I had such a tasty one. & their bread is amazingly soft for a gluten-frew bread. I'll go again.
This place has the best gluten free pastries & croissants I have ever had. My husband has celiac & he said it was the best bakery he has ever had. I would've never guessed it was gluten free. The staff is very nice & very knowledgeable about the products they serve. Highly recommend!
Best gluten free bakery I've ever been to. The ham & cheese croissant was amazing. They have perfected the art of gluten free baking!!!!
Literally writing this as I sit & finish my pastries because I couldn't wait to tell everyone how amazing this place is! My friend & I were just looking to warm our fingers & instead found the most warm & welcoming little patisserie. The staff is lovely & the treats are to die for! I had no clue it was all gluten free until the lady behind the counter told us. When in Montreal you have to stop in!
The best gluten free pastries i've had in years hands down. Parc Sans Gluten was a place i visited everyday on my recent trip to Montreal because the food is so incredibly delicious (trust me, I tried the fruit tarts, danish, croissants, baguette & even empanada). It's crazy to believe that it's all gluten free! I highly recommend you visit this little gem where you will be greeted with such friendly customer service!
I stopped by Parc Sans Gluten & everything I tried was absolutely delicious. I had the chocolate amandine, a blueberry chausson, & a blueberry tart - & they were all incredible.
The chocolate amandine was so rich & decadent that I honestly would have never guessed it was gluten-free. The blueberry pastries were also amazing - perfectly sweet & full of flavor.
As someone who eats gluten-free, it's always such a treat to find a place where everything tastes this good. I will definitely be coming back!
This place is amazing! The best gluten-free croissant I've ever had, or ever imagined I'd have. I will plan all future trips to Montreal around this bakery.
The best gluten free pastries I've had anywhere! Absolutely must go!!
The absolute BEST bakery!!! Everything I had here was out of this world, the best gluten free pastries- my friend who is not gluten free said that it's the best chocolate croissant she's had hands down! I came back the next day & then again to buy frozen croissants to take home! The owner is AMAZING!!! The sweetest lady who cares so much about quality & taste & it is evident!!! I wish I lived in Montreal so I could go every day!
this place is a gem! Disregard any review that doesn't reflect that :-)
I'm visiting Montreal from New York, where we have pretty good gluten-free/celiac friendly options but we're definitely missing something like this spot. Really reasonable prices, the family that owns it is so friendly, & the quality & variety is awesome. If you're looking for loaf of bread & baguettes or croissants to go, or sit with a coffee & sweet baked treats, this is your spot!
Such an incredible gluten free bakery!!! Their pastries (both sweet & savory) are incredible. Staff are also very sweet. Highly recommend for anyone - celiac or not!
Gluten & dairy free paradise! Newish to the dietary needs club & this place ticks every box for nostalgia ( soon to be a passé feeling)! Buttery without butter, creamy without cream & wonderful flavors! Lots of passion behind it!!!
We've been looking for the best gluten-free croissants for years, & we found them at Parc Sans Gluten. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. This past visit I got to try their tiramisu & it was delicious. One of the best I've ever had. Thank you so much for the delicious gluten & dairy free alternatives!
Great gluten free pastry shop. Croissants & Chocolatine are amazing. Taste flakey & fresh. Get a almond cappuccino too. Great customer service & reception.
Hands down, the best gluten free anything you will ever eat. We've been to Paris & nothing compares to Parc Sans Gluten's delicious gluten free pastries. The owner is so kind & friendly, making it easy to navigate allergies. We came here in August from the USA & had to come back just for these pastries. If I could give this place 12 stars I would. Don't miss this incredible local gem!
They're a must stop for me when I'm in town, the very best gluten free croissants I've EVER had. Their danishes are also TOO DIE FOR. Loving the sweet new ownership
Visited this bakery a few times on my latest trip to Montreal & it did not disappoint. The baked goods are truly delicious & the owner is so nice- it is obvious that she really loves her business & her customers. I would recommend this bakery to anyone, whether you're gluten free or not! The chocolatine especially was one of the best I've had, including amongst gluten versions.
My husband & I are from the states & we come to Montreal at least once a year & love finding new food places to enjoy. I was diagnosed celiac 4yrs ago & the one thing I have not had in those 4 years is a croissant. I love almond croissants & most other desserts & when we found this place we were so excited. To walk in to a bakery & see beautiful pastries & know that they are all gf was one of the greatest feelings. We got a few things to try. The chocolate almond croissant, a turkey & cheese croissant sandwich, the chicken & spinach empanada. Everything was excellent, amazing, out of this world. The texture was more dense than a croissant with regular flour but still had that croissant feel. It was actually more filling & kept me full the rest of the day, whereas a'regular' croissant in the past would've held me over for maybe an hour & then I'd need something of more substance. We bought extra stuff to take home with us (can't wait to try the tiramisu) & will definitely return to this bakery anytime we are in the city. To top it off, one of the owners chatted with us about how they are able to make their desserts gluten & dairy free (which is mind blowing that the croissants didn't use use butter because I could not tell). She was so lovely & kind & wanted to make sure we were enjoying everything. I could have just hung out there & talked all day. Thank you for the kind service & tasty treats!
