This place is hands downs the best GF DF bakery I've been to. If you're from Quebec, the meat empanada taste just like a Tourtiere & I had tears eating it!

I stopped by here for the first time yesterday & was BLOWN AWAY! I chose the vegetable empanada (which is absolutely massive by the way) & it was hands down the best gluten free item I've ever had. It was so flakey & fresh & the filling was to die for. I wish I lived closer! I also picked up a loaf of freshly baked multigrain gluten free bread & it is super dense, super tasty & way better than any store bought breads. I'd suggest toasting it! I'm obsessed & will be a returning customer!

Go. Get the empanadas. Stumbled on this little gem of spot & had the pleasure of meeting the amazing owner. Delicious GF pastries & many dairy free options.

Super nice people & delicious food! We're from Barcelona & discovered this place during our trip to Montreal. It was my birthday &, when I told the lady, she gave me a gift - a delicious eclair. This is a very special memory from our holiday. She was also incredibly kind & baked two empanadas just for us because they were sold out & she didn't want me to leave empty-handed.
Excellent customer care - we really appreciate everything they did for us, even helping us find a lighter for my birthday candles 🤩💜❤?🧡💛💚💙

It's been wonderful to watch Parc Sans Gluten blossom with each visit since I started going several years ago. The quality, service, & selection have all improved & are absolutely delicious. I've enjoyed the custom-order cake, which my friends got me for a birthday, as well as the delicious spinach & potato empanada & danoises. I'm pleased to see that they now accept card payment, too. A can't-miss stop for gluten free folks in Montréal!

The best by far.

This little cafe, in a beautiful part of the city, offers the best gluten free (celiac safe) baked goods. The croissants & chocolatines are specifically noteworthy for their similarity to a glutenous version. In our experiences, other boulangeries & patisseries in the city cannot compare.

The prices are reasonable at first glance, then much more appealing after you've experienced the high quality of the products.

The staff are friendly & accommodating, taking time to assure us of the 100% GF nature of the cafe.

While sat, enjoying our late lunch, the owner/manager even allowed us to sample a potential new product offering, a mini tourtière pork pie, with Asian influences.

When we come back to Parc Sans Gluten we will look for these pies to be a mainstay.

Tip: try the Québécois empanada. You will not regret it.

Can't put into words how good the empanadas & croissant sandwiches are. Great flavors & buttery bread (non-dairy gluten free bread!). We even tested it by keeping some overnight & although a ham & cheese croissant sandwich & almond croissant did firm up a bit as expected, it still tasted very good. One item that didn't keep was the more traditional bread sandwich but can't win em all. A must visit for any celiac in Montreal!
