Lors de ma visite au restaurant Osé Sushi à Sherbrooke, j'ai constaté que la cuisine fusion de sushis se distingue par la fraîcheur de ses ingrédients & l'efficacité de ses combinaisons gustatives. Le sushi frit "Le Fanatique" mérite particulièrement d'être mentionné pour sa texture & son goût distinctifs. Le prix du midi est légèrement inférieur à celui du soir tout en offrant les mêmes plats, ce qui constitue une option intéressante pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de cette cuisine à moindre coût. Le service est satisfaisant, avec un personnel accueillant & attentif. Osé Sushi est l'un des meilleurs restaurants pour les amateurs de sushis fusion.

Le menu à volonté coûte environ une trentaine de dollars, la sélection est variée (soupe, nigri, sushi frit, etc.) & les sushis sont très bons. Le service était un peu lent, mais tout de même très bien.
