En tant qu'habitué du Mont Bistro, je me permets de partager un autre point de vue. Il est tout à fait légitime d'exprimer une déception, mais je crois aussi que l'expérience mérite parfois d'être replacée dans un contexte plus large.

Ce restaurant se distingue par la qualité de son service, le soin apporté aux produits & une approche créative de la cuisine. L'équipe est attentive, accueillante, & toujours ouverte aux commentaires constructifs lorsqu'ils sont partagés sur place.

Je comprends que certaines attentes n'aient pas été comblées ce jour-là, mais il serait peut-être juste de considérer l'ensemble de l'intention derrière ce type d'établissement. À mon avis, un dialogue direct avec l'équipe aurait permis une solution immédiate.

Je vous encourage sincèrement à revisiter votre avis avec un peu de recul, ou à vivre une seconde expérience avant de tirer une conclusion définitive. Ce lieu a beaucoup à offrir.

Première fois chez vous & voici mes commentaires.
Resto très bien, très propre & service impeccable. Commander table d'hôte, Crevette & moi poison du jour. Pas de prix inscrit sur le menu & la serveuse ne le mentionne pas. Le repas de poison mal préparer , les légumes pas mangeables & trop cuit. Je suis très déçu de ce genre de service à ce prix ridicule. 45$ pour un petit morceau de morue, franchement. Ceci n'est pas un souper mais un repas du midi.
Très déçu de la cuisine préparer insi & le prix.
Je ne recommande pas cette établissement & ne y retournerai pas.
Bon success mais un ajustement à votre méthode.

The food was absolutely delicious & the service was excellent, both of which really stood out. However, I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. The dining area is quite small & feels overcrowded, with tables placed so close together that it was difficult to have a conversation without overhearing those around us. The noise level was high, which took away from the comfort of the meal. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality of the food made it feel like a fair trade-off. It's a place I'd return to for the food & service, but definitely not if I'm looking for a quiet or spacious setting
