Overall, Milestones reviews describe a popular spot where the food is tasty, portions are generous, and the service is frequently praised for being friendly and attentive. Many dishes are highlighted as standouts, from pastas and chicken bowls to burgers and seafood, with several accounts calling flavors well balanced and well presented. Ambience and value are recurring positives, with diners enjoying a warm, inviting atmosphere, appealing decor, and good prices for the quality, plus brunch and terrace experiences when weather allows. A few reviews note occasional drawbacks such as loud music, busy nights, slow or uneven service, or menu items that are too spicy or average for the price. There are some isolated concerns like cleanliness issues or miscommunications on desserts or dietary requests, but most guests say they would return and recommend Milestones to friends.
Incredible experience! The food was reasonably priced & large portions. We had amazing service, everything was top notch. Chirl was our waiter & he did an incredible job. Highly recommend it, the veggie burger was incredible!
The service was really really good with good prices & really good food. The late night deal makes it even more worth it. Alex was a really great waiter & very good looking:)

First off my family & I came to visit Montreal from Ontario. We decided to try Milestones. We couldn't find the restaurant as there was no signs. Thankfully when my husband called the restaurant the hostess stayed on the phone with us giving us directions until we got there.
The establishment only serves coca cola ,ginger ale,ice tea, water or alcohol. So my husband didn't have a drink. Our appetizers were good. Good portions were very small, prices were outrageous. The fries tasted like they were cooked in ransid oil. My husband's steak sandwich tasted like there was balsamic vinegar in it. I ordered a lemonade & never ever got it but the waitress tried to bill me for it,didn't hand me my bill she started loading the debit machine when my husband asked if we could see the bill, that's when I noticed the lemonade was on there. When I told the waitress it needed to be removed because I never received it she gave me a real nasty look. Then we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to fix the bill. Regardless this place is not worth the price....first time trying it & sadly will be the last.
This is my third & last time eating at a Milestones. Went twice to the West Island location & only the first time was ok. First time to this location & honestly, it's a real disappointment. Our waitress Gabrielle was friendly & attentive. Since service wasn't the issue, it was ultimately the food. I'm done with these restaurants that serve mediocre food at expensive prices. My burger tasted like Harvey's. The meat had NO beef flavour & had the consistency of being full of filler. I went for the Caesar salad as the side over the fries & that was a big mistake. Not only was the salad tiny but again flavourless. My wife had the shrimp noodle bowl & halfway through her meal realized that they forgot the shrimps. We packed up the rest of her food & they added the missing shrimps. Imagine making her go through that & the meal wasn't even comped. My buddy also had a burger & ate half of it complaining that it wasn't worth eating. Can't believe how they have 4.4 stars. A big pass on any future Milestones visits. Save your money & go somewhere worthy of your hard earned dollar. We have so many options!! Oh, by the way, in case you decide to go, make sure you don't break a leg walking into the restaurant as the square pavers lining the entrance & tipping & badly installed making it treacherous to walk in.
Tonight was my first time at Milestone. The food was delicious. The menu was extensive & very reasonably priced. Our server ASSIA was absolutely delightful. She was most efficient, friendly with a wonderful sense of humor. We will definitely be back for many more wonderful experiences.
This was our first time visiting Milestones at the Royal Mount location. My husband & I were there for dinner along with another couple. Honestly, we really loved the food & ambiance. The starters were absolutely delicious! The mains were yummy & worth the price for the huge portions. The drinks were also quite interesting.
On top of that, the service was impeccable! Shoutout to our lovely server Daniela! She was super polite, came to check in with us for just the right amount of time. Everyone was so nice & friendly! We had a lovely time & would love to be back.
This has easily become one of our favourite spots. 😊❤?

I've been to this restaurant twice with my girlfriend in the past few months, & both times we were lucky enough to have Julianne as our waitress. The food was great & definitely worth the price, but honestly, I'd come back just for her service. She's incredibly sweet, attentive, & always made sure we never had to wait. She listened to everything we asked for & made the whole experience even better. Overall, a really good restaurant - highly recommended!
Went for brunch with girls , chose the eggs benedict , with the fact that we were the only ones as they just opened, two were overcooked , & i do not think that béchamel
sauce was «homemade » felt like purchased in a super market , though the price was really good for the atmosphere & location
perfect coffee
I came here for a work party, & they reserved a few tables for us, as close as possible. The service was lovely, the waiters were very busy but they did not rush us & came to check up on us still.
I ordered the pink lemonade without alcohol & the chicken spicy sweet bowl. Very filling & I was able to bring some back home. The price given that it is a fancy place & the portiond are big, was worth it.
They have vegetarian & seafood options as well.
The floors were a little slipper for my heels.
I recommend for fancy night outs or group events!
I am not used to Royal Mount yet, so it was tricky to find the place, it is located with all the other restaurants up the stairs, next to a parking lot.
Accessible by public transport.

1st to try this branch with a group of friends sitting outdoor. The environment is nice, not noisy. The food were okay, but not worth the price. The meat patties were a bit dried, not flavourful enough.
We enjoyed our own companies & outdoor atmosphere. Would be great if foods are better.
We were so impressed with the restaurant, service ( Emma) & the atmosphere! &, the food was delicious & well priced. We ate outside on the terrace, it's was a beautiful evening. We'll be back often!!!
Had dinner for two with my wife at Milestones Royalmount & it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious! For our starter, we had the spicy chili chicken balls, perfectly crispy with just the right kick. For the main course, we enjoyed the salmon served on quinoa with fresh vegetables, which was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, we had a dessert of caramelized apples with cinnamon, ice cream, & chocolate flakes, very satisfying. We dined outdoors & loved the atmosphere, it had a great vibe & was perfect for a relaxing evening. Our waitress was incredibly attentive & friendly, & the service overall was top notch. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. I definitely recommend this location & will be coming back again real soon!
Went for brunch, food was good, potato wedges were particularly delish, crepe was nothing mind blowing for the price, but still decent.
Service was exceptional though, I'd come back even if it's just for the friendly & kind server Jessie.
