i've been to milestones plenty of times, the food is always good. However, yesterday it took over an hour to get our food (3 appetizers). We were going to a show & we ordered the minute we sat down to ensure we'd have enough time & we kept having to ask if our food was going to be ready soon. We eventually got our food at 6:35 & we had to eat it soooo quickly which truly ruins the experience. We ordered appetizers for dinner to be able to pick at it while we chat but instead we gobbled our food in 5 minutes.
The waitress was very kind & we are generally understanding girls since we both work in the industry. However, she never even came to tell us that the food was running behind, we had to keep asking.

Can I have give this zero stars? I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Milestones Grill + Bar was honestly unacceptable.
We had a 5:30 reservation & were seated at what was easily the worst table in the restaurant, despite there being better options available. From there, things only went downhill. We sat for a full hour without receiving a single drink or any food. Not even a proper check-in from our server.
At that point, we felt completely forgotten. What's the point of making a reservation if you're going to be treated like an afterthought?
Really disappointing experience & not somewhere I'd rush back to.
Très décevant, malheureusement. J'y suis allée avant un match de la Victoire.
Malgré le fait qu'on avait réservé à 17h30 & qu'on est arrivées à l'heure, nous avons dû attendre 40 min avant d'être servies même après avoir fait signes au serveuses qu'on était prêtes.
Point positif: Une fois que nos commandes ont été prises, nos plats sont arrivés très rapidement, donc c'est une bonne chose.
Par contre, pour les plats, je ne recommande pas les nouilles aux crevettes croustillante - leur sauce d'arachides est beaucoup trop sucrée, j'ai pas pu finir mon assiette.
Overall, ce resto n'était pas vraiment à la hauteur de mes attentes, notamment pour le service.

La nourriture est excellente mais le service est moyen. Notre serveurs nous a souvent oublier, ça prit 45 minutes avant qui vienne nous voir pour commandé & on a du commander notre dessert à une autre serveuse qui passait car lui ne venait pas nous voir.
Mariane has always a friendly smile that welcomes you in, her professional demeanor is always nice to experience. The food can be hit or miss, but their are great menu options.
Best experience I've ever had at a restaurant! Food was amazing, So many options to choose fro. Mariane who was our server, was so friendly, & knowledgeable, One of the best servers I have ever had. If I could give Milestones a 10 I would because it was that good!
