De 1, on a pris un repas pour enfants & je réalise que ça venait avec boisson & dessert & on n'a rien eu de cela. On nous a pas demandé ce qu'on voulait & on juste donné le plat principal. Aussi la pizza sans gluten n'était pas super bonne malheureusement. Ça me fâche qu'on doivent nous réclamer ce qu'on est supposé nous donner au départ. & on s'entend un jour de semaine à 11:30 ce n'était pas achalandé au point de dire ils ont oublié.View more
Beau restaurant un peu dispendieux en soirée versus au dîner. La serveuse excellent service! The food is very very good for the price. I have made a suggestion to them though. The pizza crust is always soggy. Crisp it up & you have a great eating experience . Vegan options are excellent !!!!View more
I had a mixed experience. Food was very decent, but not great. All dishes could have been improved on. Our server unfortunately did not seems to want to serve us, so did skip a few basic service principle. It might just been a bad day for her. Overall, I think it a very decent & nice place as local family restaurant, not a place you would go on a date or if you are a foodie looking for great experience.View more

Food taste ok... Price...overpriced for poor portion sizes. Service... could be more attentive to an English speaking client. Don't recommend the place for the price reason. Can't pay 25$ for a pasta plate that costs less than 10$ to prepare & serve it in French!!!View more
I ordered takeout for the first time from Ottavio tonight. The food was very delicious & I especially appreciated the vegan menu. Even though I didn't dine in, I also still experienced exceptional service over the phone. The person I spoke with was very kind & made sure that I knew exactly what I was ordering (esp. with regards to what had dairy & what did not). He also insisted that we try the vegan arancini, which I was not initially planning on but will be ordering again. Thank you for a lovely experience.View more

On a Saturday night, the service was good except that we waited close to 15 min. for a waiter to come by to uncork our wine 🍷. After that all good.
