Overall, Milestones reviews describe a popular spot where the food is tasty, portions are generous, and the service is frequently praised for being friendly and attentive. Many dishes are highlighted as standouts, from pastas and chicken bowls to burgers and seafood, with several accounts calling flavors well balanced and well presented. Ambience and value are recurring positives, with diners enjoying a warm, inviting atmosphere, appealing decor, and good prices for the quality, plus brunch and terrace experiences when weather allows. A few reviews note occasional drawbacks such as loud music, busy nights, slow or uneven service, or menu items that are too spicy or average for the price. There are some isolated concerns like cleanliness issues or miscommunications on desserts or dietary requests, but most guests say they would return and recommend Milestones to friends.
I had an amazing experience at Milestone's in Royalmount Montreal!
The food was absolutely delicious - everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The drinks were also fantastic & perfectly crafted.
Overall, an outstanding dining experience. I highly recommend Milestone's at Royalmount & will definitely be coming back!

Be careful, if you sit on the'restaurant side' you won't get any'happy hour' specials. I was so upset I ended up not ordering any drinks at all & ate a minimum. I suggest clients be told about this at the entrance before they sit down & settle into their seats'on the wrong side'. Food & service was otherwise great, but this idiotic situation makes me not want to go back.
First off my family & I came to visit Montreal from Ontario. We decided to try Milestones. We couldn't find the restaurant as there was no signs. Thankfully when my husband called the restaurant the hostess stayed on the phone with us giving us directions until we got there.
The establishment only serves coca cola ,ginger ale,ice tea, water or alcohol. So my husband didn't have a drink. Our appetizers were good. Good portions were very small, prices were outrageous. The fries tasted like they were cooked in ransid oil. My husband's steak sandwich tasted like there was balsamic vinegar in it. I ordered a lemonade & never ever got it but the waitress tried to bill me for it,didn't hand me my bill she started loading the debit machine when my husband asked if we could see the bill, that's when I noticed the lemonade was on there. When I told the waitress it needed to be removed because I never received it she gave me a real nasty look. Then we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to fix the bill. Regardless this place is not worth the price....first time trying it & sadly will be the last.
Dinner for four with cocktails to start. Nice restaurant with fast friendly service. Drinks were delicious & food was tasty too! Would recommend it as you can park at Royalmount.
Was there in a Friday night. Restaurant was full. Vibe was great, the music was fantastic (they had a dj) we had Lexi serving us; she was so sweet. She was attentive & kind! Unfortunately the food was not good. We were a group of 8 & nobody really like their mains. Appetizers & drinks were great!
2nd time around. A little longer wait time just to get our orders, especially after being told that table was reserved for 7:30 pm giving us about 1hr30 mins. A little confusion with the menu as the Table D'Hote was still attached to the menu despite only being served up until 4pm, after discussing with service, there was a lack of accountability to acknowledge the mistake. Also, a little proactive in knowing the menus being served would be appreciated; ordered the kids menu & had to order the complementary drinks. Overall, the food was still tasty & the issues were resolved.

I am generally not a fan of leaving bad reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went Friday night with my colleagues for our holiday dinner & the service was awful. We ordered our food around 6:30 & at 7:45 they came around & asked us if we wanted dessert. Firstly, the dessert menu said ask your server about the vegan options. I asked the server & she told me oh no there are none. I said are you sure because it says right here to ask. She said yeah no that's not a thing here. Didn't offer to go ask or anything. Whatever, not the end of the world. However 5 minutes after others ordered dessert, the server came back out & said we have to leave the table by 8pm sharp. Why did they take our order for dessert then? Then they brought out tea for one of us & it had only enough water for half the cup. All this was happening while we tried to settle the bill & then the server disappeared for 10 minutes. I'm not sure why we were being rushed & pressured only to wait around for the bill. This whole situation was very uncomfortable but what made it truely awful was the annoyed & judgemental looks that the server was giving other staff members (& from some of the other staff as well) while we were trying to quickly finish our dessert since they were kicking us out. Finally after all of this, they said they would move us to another table to finish our dessert. They brought in cold chairs from outside for us to sit on (it was in the negative) & again we were getting lots of looks from the staff. On top of all this, our table that they removed us from wasn't even seated while we were finishing our dessert. All this to say, I will not be returning because I do not enjoy being mistreated when I am paying to eat in a restaurant, including drinks, apps, entree, & dessert. Also the music was so loud we could not hear each other. The food was okay so I have rated a 2 out of 5 rather than 1.
First, we went out with friends to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. We ate at Milestones in Fairview & liked it so we tried Royalmount. Royalmount was not even worth the drive, the wait, nor the experience. We found the drinks extremely watered down, the service was slow, the errors on our order was bad, they had to return it. Then the food was partially cooked & not eatable. Can't believe we were charged over a $100 for two people & barely at.
This was our first time visiting Milestones at the Royal Mount location. My husband & I were there for dinner along with another couple. Honestly, we really loved the food & ambiance. The starters were absolutely delicious! The mains were yummy & worth the price for the huge portions. The drinks were also quite interesting.
On top of that, the service was impeccable! Shoutout to our lovely server Daniela! She was super polite, came to check in with us for just the right amount of time. Everyone was so nice & friendly! We had a lovely time & would love to be back.
This has easily become one of our favourite spots. 😊❤?
The lady serving me & my partner was wonderful. Her name was Daphne. She was a happy person, welcome us nicely & took care of us during our dinner from drinks to dessert. It was an awesome experience. I will go again & again. Tips: Try their Roasted mushroom soup. AMAZING!
I enjoy milestones a lot - they have a great variety on the menu, & a nice kids menu.
Service at this location is standard - a bit slow at times.
We were a large group with kids sitting at the back, so it was quiet.
But there was a very large poster/sign behind us that fell over onto us - could have been very bad! I hope that the restaurant does a little better at ensuring safety inside.
despite this - would HIGHLY recommend as the drinks & food are great.

Food was AMAZING !! I had the chili Mango drink & loved it!! cobb salad to eat with sea food: it was super fresh & tasty!! Will forsure come back 100% recommend !
My girlfriend & I went for drinks on their terrace a few weeks back & loved it. We got a mix of their appetizers to share & their cocktails were super refreshing. Our server Jessy was also really sweet & definitely topped off our visit. Would absolutely recommend this Milestones!
Noemie should not be working there. She is completely rude, doesn't arrive on time. If you don't speak French forget about having quality service. Drinks are watered down & drowned in ice. Fruits are not cut daily so look out for moldy cucumbers & strawberries. If you're looking for quality service, you're better off going to McDonald's & getting a junior chicken. Also don't bring kids, I've seen with my eyes & ears how bad they speak about children. Bartenders will steal whatever you leave behind. Overall, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Went there on a Monday for my bfs bday, quiet ambiance (expected for a Monday), it was perfect & loved the decors.
The food was excellent, good portion we both took some back home :-D
The drinks was okay but they were a bit waterred down. i had a margarita & my bf had mojito.
Overall experience was good & will definately be back on a hot summer day (:
