Our server Jennie was outstanding! Such care went into her service of our table as last Monday evening, our work team was celebrating one of the managers successes! In a time where truly exceptional customer service feels harder & harder to come by, our experience at Milestones today was such a refreshing reminder that it still exists.
We came in to celebrate my sister's 35th birthday, & as a fairly large group, I honestly expected service to be a little slower or less personalized. Instead, Sarah completely exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive, organized, warm, & somehow made every person at the table feel taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. She made the whole experience effortless, & most importantly, she made my sister feel like a queen on her birthday, exactly as she deserved.
It was everyone's first time at Milestones, & by the end of brunch, we all agreed that we'd absolutely come back-& we'd all ask for Sarah again.

Great place to go for a meal & they offer gluten-free options. The staff understand about gluten-free & food intolerances. They even had gluten-free, alcohol-free beer. Very professional, rapid service.
