In a time where truly exceptional customer service feels harder & harder to come by, our experience at Milestones today was such a refreshing reminder that it still exists.
We came in to celebrate my sister's 35th birthday, & as a fairly large group, I honestly expected service to be a little slower or less personalized. Instead, Sarah completely exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive, organized, warm, & somehow made every person at the table feel taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. She made the whole experience effortless, & most importantly, she made my sister feel like a queen on her birthday, exactly as she deserved.
It was everyone's first time at Milestones, & by the end of brunch, we all agreed that we'd absolutely come back-& we'd all ask for Sarah again.
Thank you, Sarah, for reminding us what great hospitality looks like. Milestones, you've got a great one on your team.
Had an amazing time! We got served by Clara, who honestly, was just a ray of sunshine! Very friendly & professional!
The food was great! Highly recommend the steak sandwich & cali spring salad!

Went for dinner celebrating our
birthdays all together first time there & definitely won't be the last amazing food, drink,& desserts with great service. What a beautiful night 😃
Perfect experience from start to finish. The food was amazing & the service was exceptional. The ribs & chicken combo 💯 Highly recommend! Ask for Vicky... she took care of our birthday party
Had my birthday dinner there last night. The food was delicious; so were the bellinis. Hidden gem in the West Island. Felt like we were in our own home. Kat took a bunch of pictures of our group, checked in on us & was super sweet all night.
The food was fantastic. For a busy Saturday night, the food came quickly considering there was a line out the door.
Everything came out hot & delicious. We had the whipped avocado feta dip to begin, followed by the chicken tacos, the smash burger, the chicken alfredo & the rib & shrimp duo. We ended the night with Brazilian coffees & a maple crème brûlée which was fantastic.
Had a great conversation with Antoine, the manager. Our waitress Clara was super helpful & amazing.
Will be returning for our birthdays soon!
The waiter was a huge creep & when he was serving us he said to my friend'what would you like to eat? Other than me of course - I'll be for dessert'
He was Extremely inappropriate & unprofessional. We were a group of young women for a friend's birthday party & the night was totally ruined with his creepiness. He also unnecessarily touched our backs at certain points of the night. Felt unsafe & was very disappointed with the service & the lack of professionalism.
My mother always said, If you have nothing nice to say then say nothing...well seeing that it was my wife's birthday, I digressed but now that it's the following day, well.... This is one of these restaurants that takes their clientele for granted. My chicken breast was more of a scallopini than a breast (5mm thick at most), & tough. The shrimps were also small & tough, like they were both previously cooked & reheated in a microwave ... super obvious. The ribs were juicy, hot & tender ... very good. My wife's asked for medium well sirloin but got medium rare. Her vegetables were cold & underdone; also preheated. Her calamari was'meh'. My son's onion soup was hot & cheesy; he was happy with it. He also enjoyed the short rib but was small. The recommended Baco wine was also'meh' at $68 a bottle. The bill being $312, the owner practices shrinkflation & hires cooks not chefs; that too is obvious. There will not be a next time that's for sure. I wished I took pictures to post. At that price, you realize real quick that you can have an excellent 1.5' thick top sirloin from Costco with crab legs & $100 bottle of wine & still have leftovers for another meal. It's all perspective. You see again & again being taken for granted with substandard food & portions. Might as well stay home.
I took my boyfriend out for his birthday dinner on Friday, May 28th. He had been wanting to try Milestones for a while, so I called about a month in advance to make a reservation & mentioned it was a special occasion & our first time dining there.
Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to expectations. According to our bill, our server was Lea, but we barely saw her throughout the night. No one really checked in on us, ordering anything took longer than it should have, & it was difficult to get anyone's attention. By the time we considered dessert, we ended up just asking the nearest staff member for the bill after a long wait-who kindly said he'd let our server know. It still took a while for us to actually receive it.
To top it off, I only noticed upon receiving the bill that our server had written down the filet mignon instead of the sirloin my boyfriend had actually ordered. I'm not a meat expert, so I didn't catch it at the time-& since it was his birthday, I didn't mind treating him to a filet mignon. But still, it wasn't what he had originally ordered.
On a more positive note, the food itself was excellent. From the spinach & artichoke dip to our mains, everything coming out of the kitchen was delicious. Hats off to the chef & kitchen staff-they really delivered.
That said, I do have two small notes: I ordered the 1989 burger, & while it was flavorful, it came with ingredients that weren't listed on the menu, like onions. I don't tolerate onions very well, so it would be great if the menu included all key ingredients, especially for people with sensitivities or dietary restrictions. I also found the plate size odd-my dish looked a bit lost on a giant plate, especially compared to my boyfriend's more visually balanced meal.
In short: the food was great, but the service unfortunately left a bad impression. We won't be returning, but sincere thanks to the kitchen team for an otherwise well-executed meal.
