I really wanted to love this spot, but unfortunately I had such a mediocre experience. First, the folks here were very pleasant, & I acknowledge we did show up to eat relatively late. However, our food came out in the most erratic & illogical way. We first received our ceviche. It was very flagrant, which was fine because we like spicy & had read the caution note on the menu, but I would believe the note. Then, the rice, skewers, & Chinese broccoli came out. This would have been fine, but my partner is pescatarian, & the subsequent dish did not come out for another thirty minutes. I will note, I did enjoy it. As a result, the broccoli got cold. It also lacked flavor. Another thirty minutes after, the final dish came out. At this point, we didn't even want it.
Herein is the next major issue. We sat at the kitchen counter, & had complete perspective of the kitchen. We watched as the kitchen scraped what little bit of curry sauce was left in the container to make our last dish. It confuses me that a restaurant would have an open kitchen & not be mindful of their behavior while customers are observing. This is where it gets better. I watched as staff salted & floured raw fish & then touched bread & garnished dishes. There was one instance where the waiter fully dapped up (shook hand) of a customer & proceeded to sprinkle some cilantro with that same hand on someone's dish. I can respect the communal & chill vibe they're going for, but the staff ordering pizza & taking shots while customers wait for food, is just bad business. To top it off, the meal was $100. I didn't say anything because frankly I didn't think they'd be receptive based on the above. All in all, I would struggle to recommend.
First of all, the service is exceptional. Staff is over the top friendly & knows their menu inside out. Went with some of their recommendations & was not disappointed.
Prepare to spend a little more than you'd think - & it's justified. Each dish popped with flavour at the exception of the Nataing. I was expecting to get more curry coming through with a fuller richness with the pork belly, but it sort of fell flat for me. On the other hand, the Bok Lahong was incredible & fresh, & the spicy fried chicken & Fried Cod were standout dishes to us. Cocktails were great as well.
The place has a slight upscale feel, with some hipster vibes.
Check it out for some Cambodian inspired cuisine with a twist.
Fantastic eatery. Every dish was amazing. My favorite was the bone marrow entree. Still thinking about it. Great service & vibes. Definitely going back.
The food here is excellent. While the portions are on the smaller side, the quality is outstanding & every dish is packed with flavor. We went for a date night & really enjoyed the atmosphere. The vibe was relaxed, the music wasn't too loud, & it made for an easy, enjoyable evening.
We ordered the papaya salad, spicy fried chicken, stuffed wings, & two cocktails. The papaya salad & fried chicken were my favorites, while my husband loved the stuffed wings. Although the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, the taste & quality made it feel worth it. The cocktails were delicious as well, & I'm definitely looking forward to coming back.
We had a really good experience here, from the food to the drinks to the service, everything came together nicely. The space has a fun, laid-back vibe that makes it perfect for a casual night out.
We ordered:
• Papaya salad
• Wasabi shrimp ceviche
• Steak
✨ Stuffed Wings: hands down the highlight of the night. It was such a creative, flavorful, & absolutely delicious dish.
Every dish felt thoughtful & full of personality. They are creative but not over the top. Would definitely come back again next time I'm in Montreal.
If you've never been, do yourself a favour a go! It's an absolute must-try. The flavours are amazing, ingredients fresh & the staff is always so friendly! Great vibe & great eats, what more could you ask for?

Really love the vibe here ☺?very unique & cool atmosphere. I went on a Wednesday night & was only offered seating at the bar, even though several two-seat tables were available. We assumed they were reserved, but they remained empty until closing, which felt a bit shady. That aside, the food was great prepared fresh on the spot with a unique flavor profile. Everything is served tapas style for sharing (3 of everything pretty much), & while the quality is there, I found it a bit pricey for the portion sizes. Overall, I enjoyed my visit & got to try everything I wanted, but it's probably not a place I'd rush to return to
Big shoutout to Hilary with her knowledge of the menu along with her friendly relaxed vibe. Another shoutout to our friend Erick for bringing us out of towners to Les Street Monkeys for dinner on Saturday night. From the papaya salad, to the cod in amok sauce, savoury grilled beef & chicken skewers & lamb chops. An interesting take on the bone marrow with the palate cleansing broth. All of it was so good! Wish we had room for the pork belly & the stuffed chicken wings! Delicious cocktails to wash it all down. Highly recommend eating here! Also, we were told about a pop-up collab that Chef Tota of Les Street Monkeys is doing with DaiLo in Toronto, so I'm hoping to make it out there!
Went on a dinner date with friends. Spectaculaire vibe to the place for a date night or moody dinner. Bar & table seating available but the place gets busy so make a reservation! Food was delicious! Smaller delicate portions meant for sharing, would recommend getting multiple plates & a side of rice doesn't hurt. dessert was perfect, not too heavy or overly sweet. Crème brûlée was so so good & I had to hold myself back from eating the whole thing! Drinks were by far some of the best cocktails we've had in ages. My partner got a coconut mocktail that was hard to resist & they do not skimp on the booze so prepare for a hearty drink! Would definitely go here just to sip on a drink & catch up with friends.
Ordered 5 dishes & they were all fantastic. Loved the vibe & my favourite dish was lamb chops. The zucchini blossom stuffed with shrimp was 💯. Definitely recommend this place.

Honestly a great overall experience... went on a Monday & the vibes were great. Was served by 2 people...Raquel & a gentleman's name I forget. They were both great. Food was pretty good. I'm allergic to oysters so they did their best to guide me through the menu. Food was solid. Great cocktails... would absolutely go back.
This is an exceptionally good place to dine. Great food. Excellent service. Cool vibe. The plates are small which for me is great. Allows you to enjoy the love & care that goes into every dish. I've eaten a lot of Asian food & this was one of the most interesting places I've eaten. The flavours are bold, unique & well balanced between heat, umami, sweet & salt. Service is friendly - & they had items on the menu I've never heard of but each one, when described is clear. When eaten, it's brilliant. It's not cheap. Nor should it be. The food quality is outstanding. It's labour intensive, inventive & a tremendous ode to a cuisine that is not particularly well known. If you've not been, & if you're serious about food, you owe it to yourself to visit. Beware. You might get hooked.
