Ordered the pork sandwich-excellent, with bold mustard heat & Cajun spice that gave it a kick. The Caesar salad was fresh & well-balanced. Overall, a creative twist on Mexican & gastropub flavors.

Tacos are scrumptious but they're very cheap on the tortilla chips. (Literally 4 on the plate, come on!) -- Other meals like the pulled pork sandwich are fantastic, & their potato salad side is the stuff of legend.

I enjoyed every meal I had, ordered Ribs with a side of rice & veggies, there was a mistake & I got a side of potato, the entree was Mediterranean salad & dessert was cheese cake that was later substituted for vanilla flan (choco flan was their option but I don't do chocolate), I called on the waitress serving our table & she responded promptly & got me rice. She is such an angel, her name starts with a D. My bad I couldn't remember the name , however she is the most amazing waitress I have met, her humility & kindness is out of this World. I was at this place on Monday 23, October with my group about 8pm. I am mostly impressed by this young lady, I will definitely visit when next I am in Montreal. She turned down my personal tip & said our group lead offered tip already. This place was a bit crowded hence my 4 star for atmosphere.... Otherwise, everything here was pretty good.

J'avais de grandes attentes qd j'ai franchi le seuil de votre restaurant pour cette première fois. Je ne peux pas dire que mon repas m'a impressionné (saumon) ni mon convive (sandwich avec salade de pommes de terre). Le resto était pratiquement ce qui n'aidait pas cette triste journée d'automne où ns sommes allés (10 octobre).

Food (5/5), beer (3/5), canned takeaway beer (2.5/5) due to the age of the cans (one was 11 months old). The pulled pork sandwich with guacamole & green salad was fantastic.

Amazing food! The staff was fantastic, the food was spectacular & the drinks were delicious. The Nun burger was honestly one of THE best burgers I've ever had & the potato salad as a side was the perfect compliment. Will definitely go back!!

The food & drinks were great, but the service was terrible.

The restaurant was NOT busy & we could almost never find our waitress. she very rarely checked if any one wanted more to drink, we never got water refilled, had to ask her to come to the table so we could place food orders....she cleared our table of 8's plates one at a time over almost an hour until we got fed up with all the food sitting in front of us & put it on an empty table behind us.

We enjoyed:
The Jameson & ginger cocktail
The Jack Daniels lemonade cocktail
The Sangria (a bit sweet, but good)
The surf-based tasting menu with gravlax, smoked trout, octopus, etc
The turf-based tasting menu with boar, gazpacho, smoked potato salad, etc

Honestly, if not for the awful service, I'd definitely go back. So much care & attention put into the drink & food preparation & an experienced ruined by slow, inattentive service.

Nous étions deux pour souper un mardi soir & ce fut une très bonne expérience.

Probablement parce que c’était un mardi soir ou à cause du froid il y avait plusieurs tables disponibles, donc les réservations n’étaient pas nécessaires.

Le décor est très beau, & l’ambiance bonne. J’aurais apprécié que la musique ait été moins forte, mais le choix musical à mon goût.

Nous avons goûté trois sortes de bières & toutes étaient bonnes & leur prix très raisonnable.

Plusieurs choix de plat à 12$, 14$ & 18$, en plus d’un choix de tapas & d’accompagnement.

Nous avons choisi un tas de salade de calmars froide; les calmars étaient cuits à la perfection & l’accompagnement de poivrons & sa vinaigrette au sésame étaient très bien accordés.

Nous avons pris le sandwich de porc effiloché avec son cornichon; le sandwich était excellent, mais j’ai moins apprécié le cornichon. Le deuxième plat que nous avons pris était le gravlax qui était excellent lui aussi.

Les présentations de tous les plats étaient très jolies avec des plats en bois.

Le service était très bien & le serveur a bien répondu à toutes mes questions.

Je recommande fortement ce bistro & j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Je fréquentais surtout ce resto avec des collègues sur l'heure du lunch. Nous aimions bien la formule table d'hôte. Ils avaient quelques plats excellents au menu l'an dernier qui semblent avoir été malheureusement retirés du menu, je pense entre autres au hachis parmentier avec boeuf effiloché (il était délicieux) & la poitrine de poulet au citron. La nourriture est un peu inégale cependant, surtout au niveau des accompagnements. Certains sont très bons & d'autres sont carrément sans saveur. De mon côté, je m'en tenais souvent aux plats & aux accompagnements déjà essayés & approuvés par mon palais. Leur salade de pommes de terre a déjà été bonne, mais depuis quelque temps, les pommes de terre sont beaucoup trop dures pour un tel plat. J'ai fini par abandonner la fréquentation de ce restaurant, depuis quelques mois je suis plus souvent déçue que contente de mon repas.
