Étant intolérant au gluten & au lactose, j'ai eu droit à un grilled cheese au porc effiloché d'un goût exceptionnel. J'aimerais remercier le Cartet pour leur diligence & leur professionnalisme remarquable.
The Lac Brome (duck confit eggs benedict) was delicious. The duck & the orange hollandaise was the perfevt pairing. The yolks were perfectly runny. I also got the breakfast martini which had a nice cinnamon & maple flavour to it. Almost reminded me of an egg nog.
The service was also super friendly & fast. Our server was always smiling. There are a lot of fancy places in Old Montreal. This one felt friendly & cozy, yet maintained its upscale nature.
Service was amazing!! Our service was the sweetest of the whole trip. The atmosphere was lively but not loud. It was modern yet cozy.

De très bons desserts servis individuellement que nous pouvons emporter :tiramisu, gateau aux carottes, brownies & plusieurs choix de biscuits vegan. Mon coup de coeur sont les biscuits ( non vegan) pépites de chocolat & pistache (4$ pour 90g, ca donne un gros biscuit) un délice!
Just totally perfect. Fabulous good, great place, lovely staff. Can't recommend highly enough. Don't miss the Lac Brome - eggs Benedict but with perfectly cooked duck confit! 👌🏻
The atmosphere was great, the service & food were amazing. This place was recommended by a lady on her way to work when she saw our frustration that restaurants were closed. Very friendly city as far as we can tell
Je connaissais déjà le café, mais je suis ravie d'avoir découvert la partie restaurant ! Un vrai délice ! La serveuse était agréable & attentive, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Le moka était tout simplement divin, & le brunch santé, un véritable régal ! C'est l'endroit idéal pour se faire plaisir.
Food was fine but waitress was rude . She behaved inappropriately.Service provider should have polite tone with the customers.

Pretty solid place to have a chat & enjoy brunch. Good food a bit expensive for what it is but overall very pleased.
I will visit this place whenever I come to Montreal! For the first time, I had the same breakfast menu, designed & served so differently! Each dish was thoughtfully curated, served hot & cooked to perfection. & I rarely get talked into buying drinks, but Stephanie was the most engagingand enthusiastic hostess I met to date. We did reach $100 in our bill for two, including tip though, yet the experience was worth it. Just hope they fix the loose screws in all chairs. Feels risky.
