An extraordinary experience. That perfect balance of unique & delicious food in an environment that's nice without being pretentious. Excellent wines as well. Shocked it's still fairly straightforward to get a reservation.

Une expérience inoubliable, chaque plat est soigné, servi à la perfection, plein d'agréables surprises gustatives, vraiment, chaque bouchée est un moment unique qui reste gravé dans la mémoire. Je ne pouvais rêver mieux pour fêter la Saint-Valentin. Le service est attentionné, personnalisé, professionnel & sympathique. Vraiment j'en sors émerveillé.

A very intelligently crafted menu- the blend & choice of ingredients- meat, seafood with ample use of vegetables & fruits in every dish!
Very unique blends per dish but, came together beautifully-especially the aged New York strip with Foie Gras, Nettles, Dandelion jus & sunflower seeds, the tart with liver mouse, the Sea Urchin dish (right level of saltiness), & the baked Saffron custard with an indoor grown Rhubarb! Was a feast to the taste buds!
The service was impeccable with an inviting ambience.
Wil definitely be back! Thank you, Chef & the staff :) Delightful experience overall.
Should be in competition for a Michelin Star. Keep up the good work!

Every dish is made in house or sourced with the best care, reflecting a deep respect for the ingredients & dedication to quality. 📌Scallop Crudo with carrot escabeche, ginger, & lime leaf: fresh & flavorful. 📌Raw Beef with anchovy, suet bun, & castelfranco: An unique & savory bite. 📌Chicken Liver & Heart Double Ravioli with yellowfoot chanterelles & artichoke: A delightful combination of earthy & rich flavors. 📌Kohlrabi Tortelli with sea urchin & cider: A creative blend of textures & a highlight on the menu. 📌Grilled Lamb with morcilla, borlotti beans, & pepperoncini: Perfectly seasoned & tender. 📌Bluefin Tuna Belly with whelks & matsutake rice: The whelks stole the show with their briny, sweet, & meaty texture. For dessert, the 📌Frozen Sheep's Milk Yogurt with roast quince, saffron, & walnut was earthy, delicate, & quickly became a favorite. Been wanting to try this place for awhile, & went with a friend visiting from out of town. We had the small tasting menu because we knew we would enjoy anything on the menu. We appreciated the really vibrant & unique flavour combinations, & beautifully presented dishes. The portions were a bit small, & although everything was excellent, no one dish really blew us away. Excellent wine suggestions from the servers, & impeccable service means that I would be happy to come back here & see what else the chef comes up with. I LOVE that gratuity is included in the pricing.

Wonderful unique food experience. Montreal has exceptional eats, & this matches our top experiences. Great pairing of a Greek wine. Great service, quiet intimate space. Will definitely be back.

Came for mtl a table & left us amazed! Rare to find restaurants in Montreal that surprise you with unique & different combination of flavors & textures. The wine suggestion went perfectly with the dishes.
