In addition to being the emblematic animal of Quebec, we were so called "the Caribou" during our visits to France, that it was obvious to borrow the name from this large deer.

I took my friends from out of country & we had a happy dinner together. From dishes to atmosphere to services, everything was excellent & all of us enjoyed very much. Interesting menu based on local produces is very much appreciated. It also satisfied curiosity of my guests.

Excellent service! Our servers went above & beyond to accommodate our table….lavnaya & harjas served us so attentively & politely….& made out evening date so special….the place is so clean & tidy…food is awesome….lamb curry & onion masala dosa was excellent….must try

Super moment entre amis pour le brunch !! En plus, c'est un endroit où l'on peut réserver même pour le brunch :)
Assiettes jolies avec de bons produits, j'avais pris la brioche perdue, délicieuse ! Envie d'y retourner pour tester d'autres plats. Le cadre est chaleureux & le personnel très gentil!

On ne pouvait pas rentrer en France, sans avoir fait LE brunch du Caribou Gourmand. Une nouvelle fois, nous n'avons pas été déçu de la cuisine raffinée du lieu. Vraiment à découvrir. Merci à Audrey & Christophe, ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe du restaurant pour l'accueil 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦
