Le bistrot La Fabrique s'est révélé une découvert fabuleuse, tant d'un point de vue gustatif, que pour la gentillesse des hôtes & l'ambiance agréable des lieux!
J'y ai quasiment élu domicile, au bar, tant j'ai ressenti un plaisir indicible à savourer les plats, originaux, aux saveurs fines, simples & délicates, & les mimosas orange ou orange sanguine, proposés par ce bel établissement; un véritable joyaux!
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, chapeautée par l'adorable Stéphanie & son époux, lesquels travaillent en harmonie, pour notre plus grand plaisir.
Shani, Michel, Caroline & ce jeune homme dont j'ai oublié le prénom (pardon!)...Votre sympathie, professionalisme, humour & conversation au bar, sous la verrière, vont me manquer, depuis la France.

Plats & boissons délicieux & originaux, personnel très attentionné & soucieux du bien-être des clients, déco très réussie, j'aime particulièrement le coin-bar, & une terrasse très sympa aux beaux jours.
On peut également réserver en avance, très apprécié pour éviter les files d'attente!
J'y retourne souvent pour le brunch le week-end avec toujours autant de plaisir ☺?

I wish I could give ten stars. The food - PHENOMENAL. Everyone that sings the praises of the french toast is so right. It's unlike any french toast you've ever had. Do not miss ordering it. The beef tartare was divine, with phenomenal flavor & decadent texture. My husband loved the cold zucchini soup & the skate entree. The flavors are tremendous throughout the whole meal. We had an incredible waiter, Jean-Phillipe, who recommended an excellent local wine & brought me a sparkler with the best cotton candy I've ever had for my birthday. The hostess was also so kind & showed my husband where to pay for parking. I wish I wasn't here visiting so I could come back often!
Absolutely incredible. New flavours & amazing combinations. We did the Table D'Hôte & loved it. The Salmon confit entreé was the star for me. We can't wait to come back!
Absolutely amazing experience! Must visit brunch/ lunch spot. We had regular coffee, Waffle-ricotta, spinach, duck confit, bakes eggs & Pancake-egg benedict, rhubard compote. Both the entrée were delicious. The whole staff is also very polite & nice. Definitely going back again.
Tried La Fabrique for Mother's Day brunch with my family & it completely exceeded expectations.
The atmosphere felt lively without being overwhelming, & the service stayed attentive even during a busy brunch rush. Every dish we ordered came out beautifully presented & actually tasted as good as it looked which honestly isn't always the case with trendy brunch spots.
The quality of the ingredients really stood out, especially in the freshness & balance of flavors. You can tell care goes into both the menu & the experience.
Great spot for family brunches, dates, or bringing out-of-town guests. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning to come back to.
If I could give this restaurant a million stars I would. The food was so delicious. Do not sleep on the pickles. I wish I could've taken a jar home. The service was even more impressive. So kind, patient, generous & welcoming. We brought our 5 year old & they went above & beyond to make sure she had a great time. The space is warm & inviting & the menu was exceptional. Definitely an experience on our visit to the wonderful city of Montreal we will never forget. Thank you so much for the amazing birthday dinner!
J'ai adoré mon expérience à la Fabrique. Les menus sont variés, alors il y en a pour tous les goûts. Leurs présentations sont magnifiques & les serveurs sont très chaleureux. Cette courtoisie chaleureuse couplée à une atmosphère si agréable m'a convaincu de laisser un avis.

Brunch was tasty. The pancakes were good, not wow. Service was also good but not outstanding. Overall I recommend getting a reservation as it can get super busy over the weekend.
J'ai été un peu déçue de mon expérience chez Fabrique. Le service, en revanche, est vraiment excellent : le personnel est attentionné & très agréable.
Par contre, côté nourriture, j'ai moins accroché. Les paniers sucré-salé ne m'ont pas convaincue, & mon repas non plus. Le dessert, notamment, était raté selon moi : je m'attendais à des fluffy pancakes gourmands, mais ce n'était pas du tout le cas.
De manière générale, les plats sont très revisités. C'est intéressant comme concept, mais ce n'est tout simplement pas à mon goût. Cela dit, mes amis ont davantage apprécié que moi, donc ça dépend vraiment des préférences de chacun.
Conference event. Was able to cater our group of 20. Food was excellent, service was superb. If i have to nitpick a bit, i wish they had better seats. Felt like I was sitting in highschool class with metal seats without any cushion.
Lovely time having the brunch menu. Lots to choose from. Six of us at the brunch & we all had something different. Very tasty but my pulled pork in a English muffin (with an apricot marmalade) would have been better if a touch hotter.
