The waiter who served us was very unprofessional, impatient, & unpleasant throughout the whole experience. First, it took a very long time for him to even take our order, & he only came after we had to ask several times. But the worst part was at the end of the meal. It was very obvious that we were ready to leave, & despite asking him multiple times to come so we could pay, he kept ignoring us. I could clearly see that he had seen me, yet he still did not come. Even after he finally brought the bills, he took even longer to return & actually process the payment. When he did come back, he seemed annoyed for no reason. I understand that the place was busy, but this is honestly the first time I have had such a bad restaurant experience in Montréal. I have been to places that were much more crowded, & the staff still managed to stay polite, efficient, & professional.
When I asked him to separate the drinks from the food on the bill, he got visibly upset. Because of how poor the service was, I decided not to leave the full 15% tip. At that point, the waiter pressured me to add the remaining tip amount on the drinks bill, as you can see, & he was the one who even entered the amount himself. I did not want to create a scene because I was with guests, so I let it go, but I do not believe he should be allowed to do that. It was extremely inappropriate & made the situation even more uncomfortable & embarrassing. Depending with whom I was I would never let him doing this.
Besides the terrible service, the food was not very good either. Overall, this is a messy place with disappointing food & staff who seem to think customers are required to tip a certain amount no matter how bad the service is. The waiter practically obliged to add a value that he told me so was'owing' I would not recommend it. Avoid this place.
This restaurant made a perfect place to spend an evening. The food was wonderfully prepared & was as beautiful as it was tasty. The service was joyful & impeccable, & our table was covered by a great waiter named Yohann. He was able to explain all the foods & drinks & was very fun & talkative. This restaurant is a must have & I suggest it to anyone in the Montreal area.
I can tell it's a very liked place to dine it was constantly full. So the spacing was slightly tight in some areas , but the service was nice , food was delicious. Would definitely go again 😁
Had a celebratory dinner at La Fabrique & it did not disappoint! The lamb had a distinct & unique taste. Beef tartare was also very tasty. Every ingredients seemed fresh. Had the old fashioned whisky (with erable) on the side - I really liked it!
Giving it 3 stars because food was really not good for my liking. Everything just tasted soooo blend, no savoury taste. Tartare was really not good, whatever sauce they made it with, needs to be changed & enhanced. The bread that came with it tasted like Nothing… like i thought maybe that would have tasted good but nope. The salad was meh. Just the fact that all 4 of us on the table disliked our meal makes me not want to go back but.. never know. Maybe a 2nd chance is worth it.
Place itself looks great, love the decor. Also our service was excellent, our waitress made sure everything & everyone was well served. We also had a complicated order due to allergies but with great service, it made everything smooth & pleasant.
I don't have an opinion on recommending, but it's definitely not for my taste buds.
French & Quebec fusion restaurant. This was really good. The food had so many different tones & flavors. Very good for a nice fancy date! I simply loved it!

Everything here was just perfect. Environment, people & food. The staff was so friendly & accommodating of us, & the food was phenomenal. Each dish was so well thought out & perfectly executed. We had the pea soup, lamb, & gnochi. Each was incredible with layers of flavors. Only wish we had a place like this in Boston.
So delicious! They serve dishes you can't easily recreate at home. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Without any doubt, one of my favourite restaurants in Montreal!
La Fabrique, l'endroit idéal pour aller prendre un brunch ou souper en famille ou entre amis. Produits frais, idée de recette originale, très bon conseils de la part du personnel, belle carte de vin & les cocktails y sont délicieux ... Le cadre est relaxant, unique & agréable.
Parfait pour y déguster des Pancakes 🥞, des Pickles maison ou encore de délicieux tartares. & puis il y a les frites au gras de canard .... Comment dire ... Une tuerie gustative !!! 🔥
Sans oublier le muffin au porc effiloché 🤩🥰 & j'en passe .. 🇨🇦👍🏼

Excellente cuisine
De a a z, tout ce qu'on a pris avait un goût exceptionnel. La nourriture est tellement bonne : cuisson maîtrisé, accord des goûts magnifique. C'était vraiment génial
C'est une super bonne place & une super bonne bouffe
Les plats étaient délicieux. Mais il yavait quelques mais : C'est la première fois qu'un plat de deux pancakes avec un oeuf & un café me coutent presque 40$ (pourboire inclus) dans un endroit si bruyant qu'on ne s'entend pas penser. Une cheffe de salle obligeait la serveuse à venir nous déranger chaque 5mn pour nous demander si on a aimé, si on a fini & je ne sais quoi. Nous étions obligées de partir après 1h car c'était intense, ils enlevaient des tables etc, il était midi 15 & pas minuit. Je ne reviendrai pas. C'est surement un concept mais malheureusement, je ne suis donc pas si branchée... une chose est sure: ce n'est pas pour moi!
