Came here for brunch with 13 ladies on a bach party & it was perfect!! Food was amazing & the staff was really nice. I couldn't recommend this enough, especially if you are looking for an option for a larger group! They were so accommodating.
Nous sommes allés bruncher au Bistro La Fabrique & nous avons beaucoup aimé notre expérience! Le menu est varié & ce que nous avons goûté était délicieux. Ça m'a donné envie de revenir pour essayer d'autres plats & aussi pour découvrir le menu en dehors du brunch.
En été, la terrasse est vraiment magnifique (même si ma photo ne lui rend pas justice!). Pendant notre visite, plusieurs groupes célébraient des événements comme des enterrements de vie de jeune fille ou des baby showers, & l'endroit semblait parfait pour ces occasions spéciales. Une très belle adresse que j'ai déjà hâte de revisiter!

Are there enough words to explain how amazing La Fabrique is? My fiancé & I decided to have our wedding here (for those of you who don't know, La Fabrique has a private dining room next door to the restaurant), & we were blown away by the food, service, & atmosphere. From the beginning & all throughout the preparation process, Sarah answered all our questions promptly, patiently, & with the utmost kindness. She was always available to help & the kitchen staff was super cooperative in accommodating guests with particular dietary needs. The private dining room was recently renovated, looks elegant & stunning, & was the perfect atmosphere for an intimate wedding of 35-40 people. On the day of the event, Yohann & Jean-Philippe, who took care of us, were top-notch professionals. They made the entire brunch service smooth, & they went above & beyond what was required of them. &, of course, the food was remarkable. The specially selected June menu was fresh, unique, & super delicious. We had to personally thank the kitchen staff for their excellence in execution. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & our guests had nothing but great things to say. Thank you so much, Bistrot La Fabrique! We will be back in no time!
Quintessential brunch spot in one of Montreal's best food neighbourhood. Started with the pitcher of lobster bisque & it was perfectly creamy & bursting with umami. Beef tartare is bursting with a combination of flavours; that pure beefy taste with some chew, combined with the creaminess of the mayo & egg yolk. Capers add an extra burst of brininess. Got a side of the thick cut bacon as well, which was so crispy & melty. Overall vibe was fantastic too. Their outdoor patio is well designed with its own deck & adorned with hanging plants & planters. Very attentive service too.
Had a lovely brunch here with my little family. The food was fresh, flavorful, & felt very authentic. Service was friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & inviting. A great spot if you're looking to try something a little different from the usual brunch options.
Absolutely enjoyed my brunch at La Fabrique! I had Tartare De Saumon avec frites maison au gras de canard (never go wrong with deep fried in duck fat lol), which was delicious! We seated at the bar & got to watch Mr. Barista's efficient move making various drinks! I'd love to come back & try other dishes in the future!
Had an amazing brunch on the terrace. Ordered their fresh juice of the day, drop coffee, soft boiled egg & the show stopper brioche french toast with marscapobe rhubarb & red berries compote- TO DIE FOR! Sweet balanced with sour with crispy & tender soft brioche. Definitely try it- i learned its new on the menu.
