Came across this place on the internet when we were planning our visit to McGill. It is a gem!
The staff is kind & welcoming & the food is rich, has big portions & creative. They change their menu every 3 weeks so there is a low chance to catch the same exact thing.
The food & the location somehow shares the same earthiness which my friends & I really enjoyed.
I recommend the beef chuck with the gnocchi & the omelette.

I'm a repeat customer. My wife & daughter joined me at this gem of a place. Charming decor, unique food dishes, great atmosphere & perfect service. Highly recommended.
La Fabrique is an absolute gem! We ate New Year's Day brunch at this popular restaurant on our first visit. Given the holiday, we had only been able to get a last-minute reservation for two seats at their bar. Nevertheless, we are so very glad that we started off 2026 with this meal. I cannot say enough positive things about the friendly, professional service we received throughout our visit. The hostess who greeted & seated us was beyond lovely & attentive. The barman who deftly managed the constant coffee & beverage orders somehow also remained warm & welcoming during our meal. The brunch offering is truly'next level!' My wife & I shared a beautiful potato & mushroom croquette served with a small, perfectly dressed radicchio, radish & pickled onion salad. Sadly, it was gone before I thought to take a photo of it, but it was as nicely presented as it was delicious. We then ordered the veal blanquette & the brioche with grilled halloumi, carrot puree & sautéed portobello mushroom & spinach. Each element of these dishes was excellent & they were incredibly tasty. We will definitely be returning to La Fabrique & highly recommend it!
We just had our office christmas party at La Fabrique in the Annexe. There was 31 of us, family style, private room where we could be as loud as we wanted without disturbing other guests. Service was attentive, & supportive (thank you Sarah for all your hard work in preparation & night of). Food was good, came out fast & in large amounts, all the systems for tracking who was ordering which drinks were set up in advance & the evening went splendid. Would recommend for an event of this size

Nous avons dîné à la fabrique un soir d'événement du restaurant début novembre avec le menu à 50€.
Repas excellent avec un service de très grande qualité une équipe au top dans le service & une cuisine parfaite.
À recommander !!!
Celebrated my birthday there & it was absolutely wonderful! The food was definitely the highlight, the ambiance was 10/10, the drinks are the only thing they could improve, the one with cachaca should have lime for a punch! The desserts were perfect too! Definitely recommend this restaurant!
First of all, lovely ambience & excellent service. Our waiter was very friendly & checked in frequently. Fast service with a smile.
Unfortunately, the reservation process for a large party (12 people) was a little complicated & poorly communicated. Despite this, the restaurant did an excellent job of having everyone's entrees served at the same time.
As for the food, I unfortunately cannot recommend. Though the portion sizes were very generous, the dishes themselves bordered on pretentious at best. The flavour pairings were slightly convoluted, drawing away from otherwise fantastic ingredients. I see the vision, but it unfortunately missed the mark for me.
I had my birthday brunch with my girls here, the waitress Shena is wonderful. We received the best service & the warmest welcome from her. The food is great as usual, highly recommend the French toast & the apple purée pancake, the beef shoulder plate is also amazing. The birthday candle really makes my day!
Everything was so delicious! It was our second time eating here for brunch & we loved every bite. They change the menu every few weeks, so everything is fresh. Would highly recommend the pancakes! Be sure to make a reservation!
Still our favourite brunch place in Montreal. Its menu is very unique & you really can't go wrong. Highly recommend to try their apple biegnet as a dessert at the end. They are simply the best.
My girls picked this beautiful spot for a birthday brunch, & it turned out to be the perfect choice! The coffee was rich & flavorful, & the food was absolutely incredible.
The pancakes were perfectly soft & fluffy, & the apple sauce was delicious - such a great combo!

My dad & I stumbled upon this place on our way home. The menu caught our attention as it contains a creative mix of ingredients for brunch. We were seated & I ordered pancakes with apple puree & cheddar cheese, topped with an egg. It was incredible & quite filling. Also I got their juice of the day which contained a mixture of fresh fruits, was very unique & not too sweet (just perfect). Definitely recommend to everyone if it's within your budget!!

Nous avons adoré. Le service impeccable, les hors d'oeuvre & repas étaient simplement délicieux. Nous en avons eu pour notre argent. Les plateaux arrivaient un après l'autre, les consommations très généreuses, ( grands verre de vin, très généreux avec les boissons alcoolisées). Habituellement, les restos diluent ou servent de plus que petite portion, mais la Fabrique prend vraiment soin de ses clients.
Nous allons y retourner c'est certain.
Je recommande pour une fête, célébration ou autre. C'est un endroit idéal, chaleureux avec un personnel des plus gentils.
