Second time in Montreal & decided to come by after seeing the great reviews - 100% worth it! I got the philly & mac & cheese sandwiches; both were delicious & made fresh (& for $6 each, very affordable!). Not sure when I'll be in Montreal again, but when I get the chance to, will be coming back for more!

Delicious, freshly-made & affordable food awaits you here. I asked Chef Gordy to surprise me with any two made-to-order hot pocket/sealed sandwiches (Poulet/Chicken Parm & Super Mario). Even after a 30 minute commute the sandwiches were flavourful, stayed surprisingly warm & did not fall apart (which is WILD for gluten-free anything - IYKYK).

Along with a 2 drinks, a green seed cookie & a fabric bag, the total bill came to about $25.00. This is incredibly affordable by any measure!

Most importantly, Gordy is a kind local proprietor & proud of providing quality, nutritious & affordable meals to the community. Below is a picture of chimichurri for sale in the shop. I'll be back to La Bolo à Lolo next time I'm in Montréal for sure! :)

Aside from the amazing wide selection of celiac/ gluten free products, this was the most welcoming place I've even set foot in.

The homemade (sandwiches) « sacoches «  are mouthwatering, fresh & exquisite taste!

To top it off, he makes on the spot homemade fresh desserts!

An absolute must try! Will definitely go back.

'This bread will change your life.' The chef told me.

I wish he was kidding but it's true. The sandwiches are made fresh & perfectly. In the three days I was in Montreal, this visit, two days I visited. The first because I wanted to try the'Burger'.

This burger will change your life. Do you remember the feeling of a Big Mac? Those pickles combined with the cheese & secret sauce? That was it…but better.

The second time I went back? Burger, Lasagna, & Philly. Absolutely incredible. You can tell the Chef loves creating these sandwiches.

Now, I'm buying a flat in the neighborhood just so I can have this everyday. Changed my life.

A must try whether you are gluten free or not! Had the chicken parm sandwich which was delicious. Sandwiches are a generous portion, made fresh & can be customized to meet dietary needs. Owner is happy to help, just ask! Great service, good selection & tasty food at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back again.

Whether you're gluten intolerant or not, this spot is absolutely worth checking out. The food is not only 100% gluten-free but also incredibly fresh, flavorful, & made right in front of you. & the best part is that it's all offered at a very reasonable price.

The owner, Gordie, is a gem: genuinely kind, welcoming, & clearly passionate about what he does. Even though he runs the place solo, he handles it all like a pro & does his best to accommodate everyone.
This place is NOTHING BUT GOOD VIBES! Try it, you won't regret it.

Hidden gem in Plateau for Italian goods, fresh made sandwiches, & excellent coffee. It has quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast - few spots in Montreal offer such welcoming service, affordable food, & great flavor. The owners have clearly put a lot of heart into this place - from the wide selection of gluten-free options to the homemade sauces & delicious desserts, it's one of my favorite places in the neighborhood.
