Was very happy to find a few 100% GF shops when we visited Montreal from Columbus, Ohio US, & La Bolo a Lolo's sandwiches were great! Can't believe they're that cheap too. My wife has Celiac & I don't, so I'm happy to say his GF sandwich bread leaves nothing left to be desired if you're a gluten eater.

Also happy to see they sell GF groceries for those who want to make their own stuff at home. Our source of Le Veneziane GF Ditalini dried up a while ago & ordering online has always been too expensive anywhere we thought to look. He had shelves full, more in the back room, & was more than happy to let us take as much as we wanted. Since his groceries are also inexpensive, we got a ton to take back.

We had a great conversation both times we stopped in, & if we aren't back to Montreal any time soon, we're happy to know we have a new option for ordering online for a good price.

What a wonderful place for gluten-free deliciousness!
The sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients & lots of passion! The steak Philly & chicken parm are to die for, & the Mme Ouche zaatar & cheese are SO good that they're addictive!
The menu is reasonably priced & has so many yummy options to choose from. The store also has a great variety of gluten-free items & groceries, which makes it such a useful place to have around.
& Gordy, the owner, is such an awesome guy! The first time I visited, I arrived around closing time because of traffic, & Gordy stayed open for me without rushing me at all. He's just genuinely kind & welcoming. He's always happy to chat, share tips & tricks about gluten-free living, & make recommendations.
I'm so happy I found this place & have been coming here for the past few months. If you're gluten-free, you definitely need to check it out! & even if you're not, come for the food... You will not be disappointed!

There's not much of an atmosphere inside as it's more of a market, but you don't come here for that you come here for the service & best of all the food best gluten-free in Montreal. we had to go back twice to ask is this really gluten-free?

Very good sandwich- perfect for a light meal or snack. Crispy wrapper like a thin pita, with the perfect amount of filling to not make it sloppy. I had the Philly cheese steak & my son had the cheese. We loved it. I also bought the 00 gluten free flour not make pizza at home.
