Best greek food in montreal. Matter fact, best food in canada. Spanakopita is really good made with high quality fresh & clean ingredients. Their dough is organic too! Who knows what you're eating at other places. overall my favorite place in Montreal. don't forget the baklava cheesecake

So my wife made the trek to the store from the West Island .
Brought home , Mousaka, Tiropita, pastichio, tomatokeftedes, Roulakia Aubergines & to top it off Bougatsa for dessert (my fave!).
We've been to the'high end' restaurants in town, this take home food is by far equal to if not superior in quality & taste.
Absolutely delicious !

5* everything. What a find!!! We came across it this afternoon & are so happy we went in. It's immaculately clean, the welcome was super nice & helpful, the choice of food is abundant & the quality is amazing. Everything is made there including the light as a feather filo pastry for the Spanakopita & other varieties. Totally authentic, delicious & a must. We'll be back very very soon. Niata is perfect. A great place to stop in for a Freddo cappuccino, Greek pie, dessert or any of your favourite authentic Greek dishes. I often go out of my way to stop in here. Their spanakopita is by far my favourite thing & their moussaka is amazing as well. The owners are super kind as well & you can tell they really care about the quality.

You can also purchase some of your favorite Greek chocolates, snacks & honey.

We shared Greek salad, spanakopita, tzatziki, moussaka - everything was perfect. The quality of tomatoes, feta & oil in the dressing to the thickness of the yogurt in the tzatziki, to the pillowy topping of the moussaka. Super satisfying & great service. Will be back soon!

Everything was delicious, familiar yet unique & fresh. Some items were a bit overpriced & it's a bit unfortunate that this business relies on so much plastic but at least they use metal containers & wooden cutlery too. I got the : Greek peas = comes hot, decently priced, rosette d'aubergine = maybe a bit overpriced? , comes hot. gigantes = decently priced, came hot. Fava= a bit overpriced, comes cold. 5 bean salad = overpriced, comes cold. Tirokafteri = overpriced, comes cold. Bean soup / fasolada = a bit overpriced, comes cold. Farro salad = overpriced, comes cold. Tomatokeftedes = a bit overpriced, comes cold. Kourabiedes (almond cookies)= so good & decently priced. The food was prepared fairly quickly & made it to me in time. It's easy to stop by & pick something up & the owner is really nice. I would order again. thank you for putting love into the business & making sure the quality stays high consistently

Had the three cheese spanakopita. Most delicious & fresh piece I've had in the city. There's nothing more to add. Also, the spot has a modern greek vibe & everyone in the spot was speaking greek. Absolutely amazing taste & everything about this spot feels good. Prices are fair but more on the expensive side. The quality of the food compensates this.
