It was my first visit at Niata.
Very pleasant atmosphere, with authentic Greek music.
Spanakopita with spinach & feta was just amazing, true culinary experience.

After came a real disappointment with moussaka. It is one of my preferred Greek plates, I always order it wherever I have a chance. This time it wasn't a good choice. Much too much potatoes compared to eggplant. The dish resembled a potato casserole rather than a classic moussaka. An authentic Greek version has a relatively thin layer of potatoes & lets the eggplant be the star, not the opposite. Here, I hardly had one small piece of an eggplant.

But thank you for spanakopita experience.

Had the spanikopita & cinnamon baklava. The baklava was probably the best one I've ever had! Really recommend. The spanikopita was pretty alright but wasn't as amazing as the baklava was. Friendly staff!

charming little store with nice food & I mean really nice food. The bathroom is IMPECCABLE & one of the employees spoke spanish & that felt muy bien, poder intercambiar unas cuantas palabras en tu idioma.

Stopped by Niata the other day & needless to say, it was amazing! I've tried many spanakopitas in the past & theirs definitely stood out!! Can't wait to go back
