Dans l'ensemble, Jatoba est unanimement salué pour sa cuisine d'une finesse remarquable, ses présentations soignées et son ambiance chic et chaleureuse, que ce soit au restaurant principal ou au bar. La carte propose des plats d'inspiration fusion asiatique mettant en valeur des ingrédients frais comme sashimi, morue et wagyu, accompagnés de cocktails créatifs et de vins bien choisis; de nombreux convives recommandent les sushis Bluefin, les dumplings et les plats de poisson à partager. Le service est globalement attentif et compétent, avec des serveurs et barmen qui savent conseiller et personnaliser l'expérience, même si certains retours mentionnent des moments d'attente ou des petits accrocs ponctuels. L'expérience est souvent décrite comme mémorable et digne d'une occasion spéciale, avec des gestes du chef et une attention chaleureuse, et beaucoup apprécient aussi le cadre et la véranda lumineuse. Bien que le coût soit élevé, nombreux estiment que la qualité et l'ambiance justifient le prix et annoncent leur retour pour tester d'autres plats; quelques expériences au lunch ou au service peuvent toutefois varier et gagner en fluidité.
Starters & main courses received at the same time... & cold when they should have been warm. Staff also refused to correct the situation when addressed.
On adore ce restaurant la nourriture est excellent & que dire de notre serveur Nathan qui a été aux petits soins pour nous & les deux charmante demoiselles au bar. Vraiment une soirée incroyable.
The whole experience was absurdly fun & wonderful, very enjoyable staff members, food is just delightful & the cocktails are really special for the type of establishment they are running.
The inside decor fits the theme perfectly & it feels like a whole atmosphere to eat in.
Only'bad' point about my dining experience, the waitress never gave us the dessert card, another waiter came & offered it, seeing as the waitress assigned to my table was busy, but I personally don't consider it a negative point, simply shows that they all work together in a team at Jatoba.
What a beautiful experience. Every time i come i thoroughly enjoy myself. The sashimi is beautifully presented & very fresh. The waiter selected the menu for us & it was perfect. Thank you!

Réouvert les midis, vraiment content, belle atmosphère, bonne bouffe excellent service. Rebecca toujours là pour nous accueillir. Une des belles adresses pour les lunchs.
Went for lunch, was very excited to see that lunches are back. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to my expectations: service was very slow (read too slow for a business lunch), chirashi bowl is not what it used to be (not pieces of sashimi, but tartare), Very expensive for the overall experience.
Des mets raffinés, & un service professionnel & relax à la fois. On a apprécié l'ambiance feutrée de la première salle, loin de la salle du bas qui est plus dédiée aux groupes. Jatoba est toujours une expérience des plus agréable à tous les niveaux
Great food, service was overall poor. Took over an hour to place our order, received no meaningful recommendations or explanations of the menu. After mentioning our frustrations, the waiter did make an effort to turn things around.

Honestly, not one negative aspect about Jatoba! The food was astonishing - the flavours englobe your mouth. The service is impeccable in this establishment. Catering to your needs & always making sure everything is to your liking. Thomas, the bartender, is an absolute gem. I had a cocktail that I want to realize & he make it to perfection. Would without a doubt, recommend this place for a night out with a friend or even a date!
Very nice Japanese restaurant in the middle of downtown. It's a little on the pricy side, but worth checking out if you're in the area. They offer a lunch express menu as well.
Amazing service & food! A group of us decided to try this place out & we're very pleased with the whole experience. The service was superb & the food very enjoyable. Definitely recommend the mushrooms & wagyu dumplings.
Outstanding Lunch at Jatoba - Juliette Made It Exceptional!
We stopped by Jatoba for lunch & were absolutely blown away. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented - every plate felt like a small work of art. The setting was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a midday break.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was our waitress, Juliette. She was warm, attentive, & made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. Her recommendations were excellent, & her friendly energy added so much to the meal.
Jatoba is always a great choice, but Juliette turned a great lunch into a fantastic one. We'll definitely be back - & we'll be asking for her again!
