Avons beaucoup aimé notre repas! Délicieux dumplings, salade romaine grillée....tout était excellent! Le prix des consommation était abordable....très beau décor l immeuble est magnifique, la musique est devenue assez forte après un moment ce qui rendait la conversation, même à deux , moins fluide....en arrivant on nous a dit que nous avions deux heures pour manger mais au bout d à peine une heure trente nous avons senti subtilement qu il était temps de payer & de partir..je n avais pas tout à fait fini mon vin....les plats sont desservis assez rapidement...avoir su j aurais mangé les radis qui y restaient...
It was absolutely delicious!! We had 10 great selections ( shared amongst the five of us) & it made the special occasion we were celebrating all that more special!!
Note: it is expensive so go in knowing that & just enjoy the taste experience!

Such lovely service & the food was excellent. Very lively atmosphere, the crowd may not be for everyone as it's a loud restaurant, but for us it was great. I have dairy & gluten allergies, the staff were attentive & made sure I had options by tinkering with some of the dishes on the menu. So if you do have a dietary issue then you will be fine. Also the vegetarian options were great, 5 stars.
Restaurant de qualité toujours impeccable. Le poisson est sans aucun doute & de loin le meilleur à Montréal Beautiful People, Beautiful Food, du coté cher quand même mais ça vaut la peine !
The food here is outstanding & worthy of 5 stars. However, the service was non-existent (except for attentive refilling of our water glasses), so I would rate that a 1. They had a large party & insufficient staff so we had to fend for ourselves, including tracking someone down to pay our bill.
C'était notre première fois au Jatoba & nous avons adoré notre expérience! Le service est super & le décor est magnifique :) Nous allons certainement y retourner!
This was only my 2nd time at Jatoba. My first time was quite a few years ago, but I remember the food being exceptional. I am happy to see that this has not changed! I went on a Friday with 3 girlfriends. We each had one of the cocktails which were refreshing, pretty & delicious. We ordered an assortment of food to share including the Gyosa, Hamachi & salmon maki, salmon nigiri, crispy rice cake, beed tataki, black cod & king oyster mushrooms. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant & coming as a group is great because you really get to taste a variety of things. Ambience is also lovely (the back terrasse is beautiful) & the waitress was professional & helpful in describing the dishes.

The sushi was amazing especially the rice cake one.... Awesome !!
Lobster was also fantastic!!!
The martini 🍸 was very very good..
Really the only disappointment was the fillet of beef. So little on the plate.... That was a rip off. 68.00.
Excellent but expensive. We went with another couple, the place was fun, The food was delicious, the menu is original. I found the wine list over the top expensive - I compared a wine & a Champagne & 3.5 multiplying factor is way too much.
Excellent service par Alexis. Nous sommes allés avec menu dégustation au choix de notre serveur & tout était excellent sauf le plats des pétoncles qui étaient trop salés au goût & à la facture. On va y retourner c'est certain.
Great food. Amazing service. Vegetarian options are a bit limited. Ambiance is great on the brick side with warm lighting or the more open side with lots of plants & red lanterns. I'll book seats at the bar next time as I found it a bit loud & hard to hear my dinner guest across the table.
