Excellente expérience au Jardin Nelson. Le restaurant se trouve dans une cours intérieur charmante (& chauffée!). Il y a des musiciens qui jouent du jazz tous les jours de la semaine, pour accompagner votre repas. C'était vraiment agréable. Les portions sont généreuses & le service est super ! J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation.

Visit somewhat spoiled by loud customer at table about 15 ft away (Sunday, May 28) Informed waitress & male staffer in blue shirt. Male said could do nothing but relocate us, whichmay have been fine if not halfway through meal & if table readily available. Always try to visit Jardin when in town & waited half hour to get in. Bad luck & disappointed in outcome. Not once did i see that table look at musicians or applaud. Unsure why there. Guy spoke almost non-stop. Believe just loud, not drunk. Perhaps he was oblivious to surroundings. Although packed house, at one point there were two empty tables (they were distinct groups) beside his. I think this not coincidental. Anyway, believe it could have been gently pointed out to customer that he might lower volume when musicians playing. (I am anglo, as was loud customer.) Unless mistaken, I believe the main attraction is the music. Otherwise all was fine.
This is a wonderful restaurant & also my favorite place to visit in Montréal. They serve delicious food & have an accomodating staff. The interior of the restaurant is a very open, airy environment. Be sure to come when the live music is being performed!

Très bonne expérience dans ce restaurant ! Le poke au jacquier que j'ai commandé était délicieux, bien assaisonné, beaucoup de saveurs, & plutôt bien garni. La portion était très bien. Le personnel était accueillant & agréable, l'extérieur est très beau ! Les prix sont plutôt corrects. Mention pour le groupe de musiciens présent qui rend l'ambiance excellente, même si c'était un peu bruyant (le restaurant étant rempli).
Went in for a relative’s birthday dinner. Really nice atmosphere with live jazz music.
The food was really tasty. The service was a bit slow however that can be attributed to how busy it was! The prices are reasonable. Would go again!
Very impressed. Live music in the garden, Beautifully prepared & presented food. Watched many beautiful desserts coming out of the kitchen. Friendly & efficient service.

Enjoyed a delicious meal at Jardin Nelson. The ambiance with the music & garden like feel to this restaurant enhances the dining experience.
Service was excellent & they easily accomadated the 2 children in our party.
Toujours aussi agréable année après année ! Je suis conquise depuis près de 30 ans! Excellent service, nourriture fraîche & un beau duo de musiciens, le midi. Le soir, l'ambiance y est enchanteresse avec un trio de musiciens & chanteur. Musique de style jazzée. Superbe terrasse ! Allez-y!
While service was genial & the music lovely, you feel like you are on a group tour. Lines to get in, lines once in, a menu like an Applebees. "Recommended " by all the tour guides - but I doubt they would go themselves
