The food quality & service were great, but the portions were quite small. For an italian place, it's rare that we leave still hungry especially after spending well over 250$ for 2 people... Price/portion ratio wasn't really worth it in the end. I don't mind paying that much, but I would expect much better portions for what we paid.
Un presque sans faute!! Negroni pour l'apéro suivi d'une entré de crevettes & pieuvre(un pur délice) puis poulet picatta un autre gros wow!! Portions généreuse, service impeccable ! Je le recommande & j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir!

On a pu finalement y aller après 9 mois, car on avait toujours la misère à réserver une table !

Amazing experience at Impasto with my son. The vitello tonnato & the octopus with bone marrow were delicious. The rest of the meal was great too. & a plus...natural wine on the wine list 😍 Highly recommended...we will be back!
We happened upon Impasto on our way to Jean Talon market. What a delightful surprise. We only have superlatives for the time we spent with Charles & his team. The food was incredible , the service impeccable, the wine list extensive & the ambience relaxed & welcoming. Thank you Charles & your team!

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée à l'impasto. Tout était excellent de l'entrée au dessert! Y compris les cocktails. Le Carpaccio de boeuf & la burrata au maïs étaient incroyables & bien évidemment leurs gnocchi sont toujours à tomber!
Overpriced & underwhelmed - the focaccia was not crispy & over salted, the portions were very small but reasonably tasty & the whole meal was overpriced (100$ for 2 small pasta plates & one piece of focaccia, no drinks). The menu was also very limited. Would not recommend.
