4.5/5. Nous avons pu avoir une table pour deux sans réservation un vendredi soir vers 19:30! Excellente entrée de palourdes farcies. Pâtes alla nerano très bonnes & al dente à souhait mais un peu trop salées, peut être à cause du pecorino, on goûtait peu le goût de courgettes. Un petit ajout de zeste de citron aurait été divin! Gnocchis all'amatriciana super goûteux & légers. À essayer si vous aimez les pâtes fraîches !

I celebrated my wedding anniversary with my husband last night & I was skeptic about only having the bar seat available but it ending up being a culinary experience. Amazing food & service. Thank you Jane with being the best server ever!

Food doesn't match the price point. It's not bad but not amazing either. The service is fast & the atmosphere is quite nice though. I'd go again, not for a full mean but for a glass of wine & a small appetizer.

The food was good & well prepared, but the pricing felt unfair for what was offered. Paying 34-38 CAD for pasta dishes in that place felt excessive, especially once taxes & tip were added. Overall, the value for money was disappointing.

The service is one of the best I've ever had in Montreal. Every single time.

The food is always great. Of the whole menu, only 1 or 2 items are not « wow », but still good. Otherwise, every single time I leave very satisfied with the quality. I find the balance between the ingredients almost always perfect.

But again.. the service is really amazing. Thank you!

Had an awesome meal at Impasto! They fit me in for a late seating as a walk-in, & the food & wine were excellent. Beautifully balanced food - I can taste the inspiration from Italy but with a modern twist, & enjoyed the pasta & tuna crudo. The service was a real highlight - they run a very tight ship, the team works so well together & everything feels in flow, which makes for a relaxing atmosphere. My favourite part was the dessert they surprised me with 😍 5 stars 🌟

On a passé une belle soirée au Impasto. C'était plutôt bruyant ceci dit, mais l'ambiance était bonne, le service également & la nourriture! Le crudo était délicieux, ainsi que le carpaccio de boeuf! Les gnocchis manquaient un peu de sel, mon copain a beaucoup aimé les tagliatelles bolognese. Mon copain suggère d'améliorer la sélection de bières artisanales. Somme toute, très belle soirée!
