We ended up at Impasto after striking out at Mon Lapin, where the experience felt a bit pretentious & unwelcoming. In hindsight, we're so glad it happened because it led us here.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, & exactly what we were looking for. The service was friendly & attentive & every dish tasted incredibly fresh.

Our standouts were the baked clam appetizer, the focaccia with whipped ricotta, the crudo with tomatoes, & both the gnocchi & the cavatelli. Every bite was memorable. They also have an excellent wine list that paired beautifully with the meal.

Sometimes the best meals happen by accident, & this was definitely one of those happy surprises. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Nous avons découvert l'Impasto ce midi &... Wow! Le service, la bouffe (petit coup de coeur pour la Ricotta au pesto & le Tiramisu!), la terrasse tout était parfait!

En plus, le staff est ultra gentil. Je recommande fortement!

In town from Atlanta visiting my brother. We sat outside & had I had Uovo & Gnocchi with dry white wine & it was just superb. I was talking quietly about what I was going to have & when the waiter arrived he'd quietly picked it all up already & knew everything perfectly. Pretty special.

Un des meilleur service que nous avons reçu.
Les gnocchis sont parfait, mention spéciale au loup de mer qui était délicieux, la peau était parfaitement croustillante & salée à la perfection. Ils nous ont fait des cacio e pepe même si ce n'était pas sur le menu 😍🤤🤌👌

Des plats très bien faits. Au niveau sommellerie, il faut raffiner un peu : nous avons demandé un décantage en carafe, mais avons plutôt eu droit à une bouteille vidée à l'envers dans la carafe. Résultat: pleins de dépôts dans la carafe.

Excellente experience du debut a la fin, La nourriture est excellente & les mocktails sont tout aussi incroyable. Un énorme merci a Ludovic pour l'accueil ainsi que d'avoir insisté. Nous reviendrons!

We finally made it to Impasto. A very solid restaurant that serves authentic Italian cuisine. Service was a standout, with our waiter who was very knowledgeable & friendly. The highlights for me were the baked clams & the whipped ricotta with pesto. My wife loved the carpaccio & enjoyed the pasta even though she thought they put too much pepper on the pasta. We will be returning, Impasto is a staple to Little Italy.

Quel moment magnifique nous avons passé dans ce restaurant. Tout était absolument parfait, de l'ambiance chaleureuse aux assiettes généreuses qui ravissent autant les yeux que les papilles.

Le service était impeccable & chaque bouchée témoigne d'une grande maîtrise. J'ai particulièrement adoré le soin apporté à la présentation, notamment avec les petites napperons en papier dentelle sous chaque récipient. Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine.
