Food was great staff was great. Carpaccio was excellent. The zucchini flowers so full of flavour. The gnocchi were spectacular & the cacio e pepe perfectly executed

Maxime nous a donné un service d'une grande gentillesse avec un sourire chaleureux. Nous étions 6 avec un bébé sur la terrasse. Repas excellent, pâtes fraîches & gnocchi. On y retourne c'est certain.

I had the quail. It was maybe a little on the small side but the roasted red peppers were the best I've ever had. Our waiter was excellent & the table right by the open window in front was amazing. My wife had the gnocchi & loved it.

If you are looking for the ultimate Italian dining experience in Montreal, Impasto is an absolute must-visit. We dined here on a beautiful summer Wednesday evening, & from start to finish, it was nothing short of perfection.

The restaurant features a gorgeous, chic interior with a warm, inviting atmosphere & a gracious welcome upon arrival. A special shoutout to our server, Corinne, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, & knowledgeable throughout the evening.

Every single dish we ordered was bursting with authentic, delicious flavors, especially the pillowy gnocchi & the perfectly executed, creamy Cacio & Pepe.
Thank you to the entire team at Impasto for a truly lovely & memorable evening. We cannot wait to return!

Wow quelle belle expérience au Impasto! Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Les plats étaient d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous avons pris fleurs de courgettes, oeufs crevettes, carpacio, cacio e pepe, gnocchis & pates aux palourdes.

We ended up at Impasto after striking out at Mon Lapin, where the experience felt a bit pretentious & unwelcoming. In hindsight, we're so glad it happened because it led us here.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, & exactly what we were looking for. The service was friendly & attentive & every dish tasted incredibly fresh.

Our standouts were the baked clam appetizer, the focaccia with whipped ricotta, the crudo with tomatoes, & both the gnocchi & the cavatelli. Every bite was memorable. They also have an excellent wine list that paired beautifully with the meal.

Sometimes the best meals happen by accident, & this was definitely one of those happy surprises. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

In town from Atlanta visiting my brother. We sat outside & had I had Uovo & Gnocchi with dry white wine & it was just superb. I was talking quietly about what I was going to have & when the waiter arrived he'd quietly picked it all up already & knew everything perfectly. Pretty special.

Un des meilleur service que nous avons reçu.
Les gnocchis sont parfait, mention spéciale au loup de mer qui était délicieux, la peau était parfaitement croustillante & salée à la perfection. Ils nous ont fait des cacio e pepe même si ce n'était pas sur le menu 😍🤤🤌👌

4.5/5. Nous avons pu avoir une table pour deux sans réservation un vendredi soir vers 19:30! Excellente entrée de palourdes farcies. Pâtes alla nerano très bonnes & al dente à souhait mais un peu trop salées, peut être à cause du pecorino, on goûtait peu le goût de courgettes. Un petit ajout de zeste de citron aurait été divin! Gnocchis all'amatriciana super goûteux & légers. À essayer si vous aimez les pâtes fraîches !
