Nous avons adoré notre expérience, tant au niveau du service que de la nourriture, le serveur a été très gentil & a bien expliqué les plats. Nous avions choisi les plats à partage, nous avons donc pu gouter un peu à tout. La nourriture est excellente & la rapidité du service est parfaite. Merci de nous avons rappeler un beau moment vécu en Italie.
Mon copain & moi avons adoré cet endroit! Meilleur service reçu dans un restaurant! Pour moins de 200$ pour 2, nous avons pris 2 entrées, 2 repas, un verre, un dessert & laissé un bon pourboire! Ça vaut la peine d'y aller, je recommande fortement :)
A wonderful dinner experience from start to finish. From the warm & friendly reservation taken over the phone, to the gracious welcome upon arrival, everything was perfect. Our server, Benjamin, was attentive & kind, & the outdoor setting made for a beautiful atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a truly lovely evening!
atmosphere & service were great but food & portion size was underwhelming. staff were very friendly & attentive. the cocktail menu was not very special in my opinion. the food was good but nothing special or mind blowingly good. the portions were also small for the price. the flavors for all the pastas were balanced & cooked well but not much food on the plate. the branzino was good but nothing amazing. the best value for price was the fried pork with cheese on top. overall, i would not return but id still say its worth a try if you're looking for a lighter dinner.

Super bon service, notre serveur ludovick très attentionné, nourriture tellement bon nous avons pris quelques entrées trop bon, les plats principal vraiment bon. Tout était parfait.
Il cibo era buono ma pochissimo abbiamo fatto il menù da 95 dollari a persona, un piatto per una persona ma da dividere per 5 mi sembra poco anzi pochissimo, 2 pezzetti di pollo con osso da dividere come si può dividere per 5, una bistecca di maiale divisa per 5 persone ? Ripeto cibo buono focaccia buonissima ma cibo era poco troppo poco per il prezzo pagato.
En entrée, ricotta avec focaccia hors de ce monde. La touche de truffe ajoute tout un sens à la tartinade. Servi avec huile d'olive de haute qualité. Mon coup de coeur pour ce soir.
En souper, j'ai goûté les tagliatelles noires avec mini pieuvres. Elles etaient servies avec sauce rouge. Bien que les pâtes étaient un peu cuites, on comprend la difficulté avec l'encre de sèche que malheureusement on ne goûte peu. Néanmoins, j'ai été absolument surpris par les câpres & olives. Je dois mentionner que le serveur nous a recommandé les gnocchis, qui sont de renommée. Clairement nous les essaierons à notre prochaine visite (car oui, il faut plusieurs visites pour expérimenter ce restaurant).
La sélection des vins est très variée & absolument interessant.
Nota bene, le tiramisu est autant succulent. Crémeux, comme un nuage.
Quentin était notre serveur ce soir. Un vrai professionnel. Il connait ses vins & tous les plats qu'il présente nous donne l'eau à la bouche. Je lui donne 5 étoiles & j'ajouterai une 6e si c'était possible.
Assurément, un des meilleurs restaurants italiens de Montréal.

Walked into Impasto just as lunch was winding down & was greeted with warmth. I got a lovely table by the window, perfect for soaking in the ambiance. Service? Flawless. Attentive without being intrusive.
I started with the minestrone, rich, hearty, & full of flavour, followed by the porchetta, which was nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside, & beautifully plated over creamy beans & greens. A balanced dish in every sense.
Wines by the glass were decent, & the prices across the board were very reasonable for the quality. Between the food, the service, & the setting, this is a top-tier spot in Little Italy. No complaints, just compliments.

We arrived early, just before 6, & we were the first customers. However within the hour every seat was full.
The staff was extremely friendly & helpful, with food & drink suggestions.
We came prepared for a lot of food & we were not disappointed. We started with a plate of olives, salami, & mozzarella cheese. The salami was cut paper thin & delicious.
Next we split a green salad. The greens were fresh & the dressing was just right.
Next we split a plate of spinach ravioli with tomato sauce. The flavor was delightful.
Finally the main course. We each had a fish dish, one halibut & one sea bass. The portions were generous, the fish was perfectly cooked, & the sauces were great.
Our server suggested wine pairings that were enjoyable.
We also had cannolis for dessert. They were light with flaky crust & just right.
Overall a great experience. We will definitely return.
Very delighted by my experience! Excellent Branzino, gnocchi & a succulent tiramisu. The ingredients are fresh, the taste great & the presentation perfected!
