Amazing place for birthdays I had so much delicious food I wish I could had more but I was so full by the end There is many tricks to get a better price that I need to do next time
This was probably the best meal I had in Montreal. This hot pot restaurant is one of the most fancy (as well as most pricey) hot pot restaurant I had ever been to. Everything was top notch even the fancy bathroom & the little things they think about. At the table, there are racks that you can place your food on so that your table is not over crowded. They have special performance on the handpull noodle. There is an ipad at each table for you to order food. The staff was very attentive. There is a sauce bar that has variety of different sauces & some dessert options. You can order 2 different types of broth or 4 & the price is the same. As mentioned, this is already expensive to start out. The price for the broth alone is the most expensive I have ever seen in hot pot restaurants. It tastes good though
This particular store reminds us of the reasons why we fell in love with Haidilao in China, before they came to the States & tarnished the name with poor, slow service. The Montreal franchise really lives up to the original intentions of the founders with high quality food & service. Jess is, hands down, the best server we've had in years, attentive & consistent even after we paid early in a rush to get to another event. As a tourist, I didn't think our favorite restaurant in Montreal would be at a chain we've frequented all over the world, but we're definitely coming back whenever we visit Montreal!
Apart from being a bit pricey, there's nothing to complain about. The broth isn't too salty, taste with (little or) no artificial additives. The ingredients are fresh, & the kids always get fun toys. However, the portion of hand-pulled noodles has noticeably decreased.
Super delicious & the service here is awesome, 誒Mr. Wang is serving our table & he is excellent! The hot soup & tomato soup taste great, I like the beef & lamb, tofu are good as well, the noodle is incredible, great place great food & great people!
I came here for my friend's birthday because I was told it was a great place to celebrate birthdays. I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Michelle. To start, we had to choose the broth for our hotpot. I liked the fact that there were many options for vegetarians, for people who don't eat spicy or for people who don't eat pork. They have a huge selection of meat & mushrooms or tofu. The quality was amazing. The noodle dance was very impressive. I also loved that I didn't come out smelling like hotpot, which is amazing!
