Crêperie Chez Suzette is described as a popular Old Montreal spot with a wide range of crepes and fondue, generous portions, and friendly, attentive service, and the atmosphere is often noted as cozy and relaxed with windows that add charm. Guests frequently call the food delicious and the staff welcoming, and many appreciate gluten free options and a menu that covers breakfast, lunch, and dessert, though some visits are marked by higher prices, occasional slow or uneven service, and a few bland or overcooked dishes. Overall, the reviews suggest a warm, crowd pleasing experience that invites return to try more items and share a fondue or a dessert crepe with family or friends.
My husband & I came here 8 years ago when we first got married. When we came back to Quebec, we remembered how great the experience was, & we brought my mom & our two kids. It was everything you would expect of a meal you remembered 8 years later. The kids loved it, & so did the adults. The area is great for tourist shopping after.
I visited this creperie 16 years ago & had the opportunity to visit again last week. They provide a wonderful, delicious variety of crepes. We had'lunch' style crepes & a to go container for fruit filled ones. The cheesecake crepe was excellent!

We had a delicious breakfast at Chez Suzette! I ordered the crepe with scrambled eggs, bacon, ham & mushrooms topped with Swiss cheese. I added a few drops of maple syrup & it was so good!
The restaurant has a large variety of different crepes from breakfast to dessert. The service was great & the ambiance was nice. I recommend Chez Suzette for a meal or a snack!
Merci Michel
Hello, as a celiac I wanted to share my experience. The restaurant itself was great, & the staff was very courteous. However, I had a very bad reaction after eating here. They do advertise gluten free crepes, but possibly the sauce was not, or there may have been cross contamination. It could be that we were in a hurry as well. However, I don't think I would visit again unfortunately. There may be other items on the menu they would be safe, but we didn't have time to try them.
This is a public service announcement for the celiacs only just to share my experience. Thank you
