Crêperie Chez Suzette is described as a popular Old Montreal spot with a wide range of crepes and fondue, generous portions, and friendly, attentive service, and the atmosphere is often noted as cozy and relaxed with windows that add charm. Guests frequently call the food delicious and the staff welcoming, and many appreciate gluten free options and a menu that covers breakfast, lunch, and dessert, though some visits are marked by higher prices, occasional slow or uneven service, and a few bland or overcooked dishes. Overall, the reviews suggest a warm, crowd pleasing experience that invites return to try more items and share a fondue or a dessert crepe with family or friends.
THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE & great food! I had tasty crapes, onion soup & mulled wine 🍷but the service is the most horrible u ever seen. Not friendly, not polite, horrible manager, host & servants. We were waiting for our good for approximately 40-60 mins. Tables that came after us received their food much faster & no one didn't explain why.

The service was fabulous at this restaurant. They were able to accommodate my dietary requirements no problem. Much appreciated. I would visit again next time we are in Montreal.
Chez Suzette is a charming crêperie that perfectly balances a warm atmosphere with delicious, authentic French crêpes. Located in the heart of the city,Their menu features a wide variety of sweet & savory options to suit every palate. For a savory choice, try the Laurentienne, a hearty crêpe For something sweet,The portions are generous, & the service is consistently friendly & welcoming. Whether you're a crêpe enthusiast or just looking for a unique dining experience, Chez Suzette is a must-visit! Staff are very friendly & the owner visited our table its another sign of a good customer service
An okay price for cheese fondue, the portion for the veggie plate seemed very small. Quality was okay, nothing to blow someone away. Service was fine. Very friendly, spoke french & English perfectly. But also extremely slow, & a mix up with the bills between tables. They were nice about it, but truthfully, they just seem really understaffed :/ maybe we were just there on a rough night, because it seems like a pretty good stop! Very cute location!
The food was excellent! We had dessert crepes as it was late at night. The service was ok - it was later at night & our waiter looked positively exhausted so perhaps that was it. The bathroom was not ok. There was water dripping from the ceiling & down into the stalls. The bathroom needs some serious attention. Unfortunately we did not use the restroom until afterward otherwise we may have reconsidered our choice.
I came here twice during my stay in Montreal. It's a quaint restaurant & the service is fantastic. Got a dessert crepe with strawberries, ice cream & whipped cream. It was delicious!!! The crepe isn't flimsy but the perfect thickness & the fruit fresh.
