Événement MtlaTatble: Tataki de boeuf 4.5/5, Ma conjointe avait un piment pas moi .. oups, petite inattention du chef. Macreuse de boeuf braisée 4.5/5, J'ai chercher la purée de courge Butternut. Gâteau au chocolat noir 4.5/5 Pain 5$ .. 4 tranches .. emmène moi le pain au complet a ce prix. Sinon services rien a dire & bonne ambiance.
Excellente nourriture, bien exécutée, bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris 4 entrées à 2 parfait pour goûter à un peu de tout. Très bruyant comme endroit, service est bien sans plus.
Les plats sont tous très savoureux & les accords absolument sublimes! Le menu dégustation 4 services + accords vins est une belle expérience gustative qui vaut largement son 150$/personne. Nos choix de plats étaient copieux, nous n’aurions rien pu avaler de plus! Bonne ambiance, & le service est excellent.

J'y suis allé il y a qque temps...la cuisine est remarquable & déborbe de saveurs.Nous avons pris le menu dégustation ainsi que les accords mets vins suggérés par la semelière..tout était parfait...belle découverte! Mes coups de coeur: tartare de thon albacore & pieuvre grillée miamm...j'y retournerai pour essayer le tartare de boeuf..merci encore belle expérience & service
The wine matched perfectly with the stake & the somilier showed me a new side of "yellow wine" that I never heard of before, definitely interesting & you should try it out!
Starting out with just a quest for some meat I was not expecting much, & being alone they asked if the bar was ok, which I was fine with. Now, the meat was fantastic as well as the root vegetables.
Highly recommended a try for this one but expect it to be on the high price/high value side.
I have just had a very special birthday dinner with my family at Chez Victoire. The food was amazing. We had the tasting menu & each plate was perfectly balanced & tasty. The ingredients are also super fresh & well combined. A special mention for the service, so nice! We have a toddler & they accommodated us in the best way, speeding up dinner times.
The price is really fair for what you get.
I will totally recommend Chez Victoire & I can't wait to go back & taste other plates!

Excellent service. Mon steak n’était pas tout à fait a la cuisson dont j’avais demandé & sans même me plaindre, le repas m’a été offert gratuitement. Les cocktails étaient délicieux. Je vais définitivement revenir.
La cuisine est exellente, les plats sont magnifiquement exécutés! Nous avons été très bien servi. Les options végétariennes sont originales & surprenantes!

Grande déception quand à la nourriture dont le calmar qui était ordinaire & froid
Second plat de pétoncles froid & super ordinaire avec des légumes crus coupés
en petits morceaux qui ne convenait pas du tout avec les pétoncles
qui étaient aussi froids & peu savoureux j en ai laissé
Le vin à 70$ la bouteille était court en bouche & aussi peu savoureux
J avais une invité qui elle aussi avec son assiette principale de risotto
n a pas terminé son assiette tout cela pour 300$ On ne m'y reprendra plus.
Car c'était la 3ième fois que je tentais ma chance chez Victoire
Pour ma part, c'est la première fois que j'y allais, & j'ai été vraiment déçu: mon entrée de calamar frit était beaucoup trop salé. Nous avions la formule à 40$, ce qui nous donnait un choix assez limité. De plus, j'ai pris le risotto de homard & champignons qui n'était pas assez cuit ..... le seul plat qui était délicieux fut le fondant au chocolat. Mais un fondant au chocolat, c'est toujours bon ! Quant à mon amie, elle a pris en entrée le tartare de bison, qui était bon, mais son plat principal, qui était la truite, laissait à désirer. Si vous avez 100$ à dépenser dans un bon resto, allez ailleurs.
Nous avons passé une superbe soirée. Les plats étaits beau & bons, l'ambiance-plateau Mont-Royal, service sympatique. En bonus, Chef Alexandre a pris le contrôle de nôtre table pour notre grand plaisir.
Nous avons mangé chez Victoire un soir. Le resto était achalandé, ce qui est plutôt bon signe. La cuisine est très créative, on ose...parfois un peu trop. Il faut faire les bons choix. La pièce de boeuf est vraiment excellente tout comme le tartare de cerf & la salade. Par contre, déception pour la morue & pour les pommes de terre & le boudin. Sinon, le service était impeccable.
