They host a language exchange every Tuesday, & it was very well organized overall. It's a great setup for practicing languages & meeting new people in a casual way.

It does get a bit chaotic later on though, with a lot of people & louder conversations, so it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Still, it's a good experience if you don't mind the busy atmosphere.

Mauvaise expérience avec le service. Soir de match. J'arrive seul entre la première & la deuxième. Pas trop d'endroit pour s'asseoir. Personne sur la banquette. Meilleure place. Je suis conscient que j'aurai probablement me lever. Le serveur vient me voir avant la prolongation. 4 personnes s'en viennent. Me propose un endroit au bar. J'ai l'impression que j'aurai du mal à voir le match. Considére que je suis réfractaire. Je me retrouve brusqué, sur le gros nerf, precipité dans une interaction avec la gérante ou le ton monte. M'explique que je dois demander avant de me trouver une place assise. Je trouve une place qui me convient. Conclusion, j'ai trouvé cela irrespectueux. Solution, proposer une option B...C, s'excuser, relocaliser la personne. S'il faut demander, il est sensé de croire que les options manquent. J'ai quand même laissé un pourboire, pour avoir été reçu dans mon mécontentement, après une deuxième tentative. Je laisse généralement plus de 15%. J'ai laissé 15% & j'ai senti que c'était juste correct de la part de la serveuse. Le pourboire sert à maintenir un service adéquat. J'ai donné moins que d'habitude mais j'ai donné quelque chose. Donc somme toute, expliquer au personnel de service qu'ils agissent comme hôtes, & que la qualité de l'expérience client dépend de la qualité de la réception & de l'accompagnent.
