Une expérience absolument parfaite du début à la fin ! Dès l'entrée, on est accueilli avec le sourire. Le service est rapide, attentionné & vraiment professionnel. L'ensemble de l'équipe a envi de vous servir & vous satisfaire.
Les plats sont délicieux, bien présentés & pleins de saveurs. On sent que les ingrédients sont frais & de grande qualité. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir. Même le dessert au chocolat était incroyables ! (Gourmands, on a pas pu s'empêcher d'en prendre un deuxième). Évidemment, trop mangés !!!
Le restaurant est propre, bien décoré & très confortable. On peut voir les cuisines & l'équipe y travailler !!
Franchement, rien à redire, à part BRAVO !! & ça fait du bien d'avoir une prestation à la hauteur des attentes & du prix.
Je recommande à 100 % & j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner ! 🍽?✨
Chez Victoire is truly one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal. The atmosphere is cozy & elegant, perfect for a special evening or a relaxed dinner with friends. The food is absolutely delicious - beautifully presented, full of flavor, & thoughtfully prepared. Every dish we tried was outstanding, & the wine selection pairs perfectly with the menu. The staff is attentive, welcoming, & professional, which makes the whole experience even better. A wonderful place for great food, great service, & a memorable evening. Highly recommended.

Perfect terrace to catch up with a friend on a sunny Sunday
The terrace was in the shade so we didn't feel too hot. The wine was nicely paired with the entrees we picked (sauteed mushrooms & the octopus). I highly recommend the mushroom. The saute is heavenly, even ordered an extra side of bread to be able soak it all in
Super belle soirée chez Chez Victoire ! Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, on se sent bien dès l'arrivée. L'ambiance du soir est chaleureuse, parfaite pour relaxer. & les desserts…wow. Pleins de saveurs, super bien présentés - je les recommande sans hésiter !

Incredible tasting menu! I recommend to take it with the wine pairing, the waiter really knows his stuff. They are not shy with the portions & you are definitely full at the end of your meal. The octopus is a must try!
Great date night atmosphere.
We took the table d'hôte with accompanying wines.
Classic dishes with a contemporary twist. The artichokes were delicious, but frankly no flaws in any of the dishes.
No flaws in the service either.
Reservations recommended.

Pour notre première fois chez Victoire, nous avons choisi le menu dégustation avec les accords de vins & tout était impeccable. La sommelière a choisi des vins personnalisée selon nos gouts & nos préférences. Aucune attente entre les services, & les plats étaient DÉLICIEUX!! Je recommande fortement, impossible d'être déçu!
Nous avons très bien mangé ! Le menu Montréal à table était bien pensé & avec des portions bien équilibrée. Je recommande le Saumon gravlax & la Poitrine de canard. Chacun des 6 convives était ravis. On s'étendait parler & le service était agréable. La banquette bien que confortable est moins pratique pour le service. Merci pour cette soirée
Les entrées étaient très réussies mais les plats ordinaires. L'os à moelle était soit disant géant mais avec 1/2 cuillère de moelle dedans alors qu'une coupe longetitudinale permet normalement de faire un contrôle qualité en cuisine. Le plus énervant est le temps d'attente entre chaque plat & le maître d'hôtel qui a réponse à tout (limite condescendant). Le sommelier est top sur les recommandations. Pour le prix, on trouve vraiment mieux à tous les niveaux sur le plateau. On a pas pris de dessert car plus de 2h pour 2 entrées & 2 plats c'est trop long.
J'ai soupé dans ce restaurant pour mon anniversaire & nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation. C'était tout simplement délicieux ! Les produits étaient frais & chaque plat était préparé avec soin, le tout étant très goutu. Le serveur nous a très bien conseillés & a contribué à rendre cette expérience agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une excellente soirée à Montréal !

This was an amazing finish to our first day in Montreal. The vibe on Avenue du Mont Royal was such fun, & everything about our meal at Chez Victoire was superb. Matthew (Matthieu? Désolée!) was welcoming, encouraging, & extremely knowledgeable about both the food menu & the cocktail/wine list. All of his suggestions were spot on, & his enthusiasm was contagious. We enjoyed tasting the wines that he recommended so much! Local mushrooms were featured on the night's menu & were delicious, as was the burger de smoked meat maison; not a burger at all, but a perfectly sized portion of house smoked meat Montreal style with nicely paired condiments. Highly recommend the Clementine Mash cocktail for those who indulge. Merci mille fois!
Nous avons partagé un dîner en amoureux! Tout de suite séduis par l'entrée à base de pétoncles & l'incroyable côte de boeuf. Les légumes, la sauce & les frites étaient divins! La cuisson saignante réussite a 100%. Le service professionnel, souriant & chaleureux. Nous avons pris le dessert avec digestif recommandé par notre serveuse au bar. Merci au chef & à toute son équipe en cuisine, Merci a tout le personnel en salle pour cette soirée mémorable! Nous reviendrons déguster cette pièce de boucher c'est certain 😍 Amélie & Nicolas
