Nice Peruvian-Italian fusion restaurant in old port. Atmosphere inside was nice, & the restaurant was nicely decorated. Staff was kind & spends awhile going through their seemingly complex menu. I'd say the appetizers here are what make the restaurant special, they were honestly very good. Their brisket main dish was also good, but a bit salty. Overall a nice new spot.

Los platos tienen buen sabor y sazón. Los sabores en cada plato están bien logrados . Las pastas tienen un tamano correcto pero pedimos el tiradito y tenía una cantidad pequenisima de carne y por más de 21 dólares no vale la pena parece una muestra de un plato solo lo recomendaría si quieres una muestra y no un plato completo.
Wow, this place is a must go if you're ever in the area. The pan con chicharon was one of the best sandwiches I've had, if not the best. I loved the lavender mocktail as well + bartender made me an alcohol free shot too. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing & the servers are super sweet.
The arroz con pato arrancini were absolutely amazing. The arroz con pato could be an entire main dish, it was that good. The juancaina that acompanied it was also excellent. We tried the carbonara al aji amarillo & the brisket lomo saltado with juancaina gnocci, both were great (the brisket was perhaps a bit over salted to our taste, but still amazing). The service was excellent! Highly recommended.
If you go to one restaurant in old Montreal let it be Capisco. The wine list is impeccable, the cocktails were to die for. Had the Salade Capisco, carbonara, the brisket, & tiramisu. It's been 3 days & I am still dreaming of the food. Truly truly incredible. Also our waiter came over with free NY sour shots with a red wine foam …. I MEANNNNN. Truly so so so soooo goood.
Literally could not say more good things about this meal. If i could give it 6 stars I would. Couldn't even leave a crumb on my plate
Such a great place in a top MTL location. Don't expect traditional Italian or Peruvian cuisine but a delicious fusion. Each dish I tried was a lovely culinary experience. My favs are the Tiradito, Ceviche & Chicharron sandwich. Def one of my new fav go to restaurants.

What an awesome place! The service was incredible & the food was amazing. I loved this Italian/Peruvian mix! The ambience & decoration of the space was cozy & beautiful. & I also can say the drinks were the best I have ever tried. 5/5
I celebrated my birthday at Capisco with five foodie friends, based on a recommendation from an industry connection. We ordered: • Parmesan scallops • Crab causa • Brisket lomosaltado • Duck arancini • Ceviche • Tiradito caprese • Porco tonnato • Capelettis • Octopus & veg Every single dish was outstanding. The execution, creativity, & thoughtfulness behind each plate were really remarkable. Our standout favorites were the brisket, which was as tender as butter, the duck arancini, & the ceviche caprese. Cocktails & wines were great & Sacha's service also added to the experience. He was super friendly, attentive, & caring without being overbearing. Will be back!
Chef Marcel is amazing. Fish dishes are among my favorite in the city. Staff is great.
Service très agréable, idem pour les cocktails, très réussis. Cependant les plats n'étaient pas tous égaux & relativement chers. J'ai beaucoup aimé les fruits de mer frits, par contre très déçue par les croquettes de poulet , on sentait à peine le poulet & la portion était vraiment très petite. Le tiradito de pieuvre était déséquilibré, le goût des olives prédominait largement le plat, on aurait aimé apprécier davantage la pieuvre.
Nous étions une tablée de 7 personnes afin de fêter deux anniversaires. Nous avons donné carte blanche au chef. Ce fut un pur délice! Meilleur repas que j'ai mangé à vie & mon avis était partagé. L'ambiance, le personnel attentionné & efficace. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant, ne serait-ce que pour vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun.
Wasn't very hungry so I decided to get the octopus entrée for 23$, received the equivalent of about 7 thin slices of prosciutto worth of octopus. I wasn't THAT not hungry, so I figured maybe I'd have more chance getting the 23$ pork entrée instead, got served about 7 cracker sized slices of pork. I spent 58$ & left the restaurant more hungry than when I came in & nothing I was served had a taste or presentation that would justify this price. I felt ripped off quite frankly & I won't be coming back.
