Came here on a Sunday morning there was a line however it did move quickly. Tables are limited & mostly filled however we got lucky & snagged one right away. You order & pay at the counter & they bring it out. Had a mimosa & ice matcha they were decent but nothing special. The avocado toast was quite good however I don't understand the hype around the pancakes as they were very dry . Overall not bad I would still come back for the toast.
Everything was great at this café!
We had the avocado toast, salmon, halloumi toast, chicken salad, & pancakes: it was all delicious.
Definitely a must-visit spot!

Good food (I had the matcha latte & the avocado toast), friendly service & cozy place. It was a tad bit expensive but I expect that from cute cafes. I will say most seating is stools, which may not be a problem for most people but I have back issues so it was uncomfortable for me.
C'est vraiment populaire donc il y a beaucoup de personnes & nous nous marchons un peu sur les pieds. C'est petit alors si vous voulez manger sur place ce n'est pas facile de trouver une place. Malgré cela, le service était parfait. Le avocado toast était troop bon. Je le recommande. Je vais fortement y retourner.
Amazing brunch !! There is always a line but it moves quickly, the place is always crowded in a good way. The pancakes & egg sandwich taste amazing 🤩 however the avocado&egg toast was not it at all the egg was really cold & not fresh 🫤 love their matcha also 🍵 Would have given it a 5/5 if the place was bigger & if the the egg was ready in the right temperature.
The pancakes & avocado toast were delicious. Probably the best avocado toast I ever had. Grilled cheese with tomato soup were great. The orange juice was fresh. Hot chocolate was good

Café September is a must try, & for good reason! This cozy spot serves up some truly outstanding brunch fare. The avocado toast is a revelation, & the pancakes are simply divine. Don't forget to grab a cup of their excellent coffee, it's the perfect pairing. this café is small & incredibly popular though, so the service can be slow & arriving early is highly recommended. The lively atmosphere is part of its charm, & the friendly staff make the experience even better. Despite the crowds, the quality of the food & the overall vibe make Café September a must-visit for any brunch enthusiast!

Best orange Juice i had in my Life & really delicious breakfast deluxe sandwich. Avocado toast was a bit souer for me. Try to get the table at the back if you are a group. The pancakes are really good but take some time to be done, then, be patient!
September Café is a breakfast paradise that absolutely exceeded our expectations! We tried the tomato & burrata toast, which was out of this world-fresh, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. The avocado toast was equally delightful, with the perfect mix of creamy & crunchy. The halloumi toast & fried chicken sandwich were also fantastic, each offering a unique & delicious twist on classic breakfast fare. What really impressed us were the cold brews; every one we tried was simply amazing, with rich flavors & the perfect kick to start the day. The quality & attention to detail in every dish & drink we had were exceptional. The ambiance of the café is cozy & welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax & enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly & attentive, adding to the overall fantastic experience. September Café has truly mastered the art of breakfast, & we can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious & satisfying start to their day!

The best iced latte in Montreal! September Surf is a very cool cafe in a cute neighbourhood. The food & coffee is excellent, the prices are really good too! I also love the classic breakfast sandwich, pancakes & avocado toast. I haven't tried other things but I have heard everything non the menu is delicious. I visit a few times a week & the quality is always there. However, often (especially on weekends), you can be waiting over an hour outside in line. In the summer it gets quite hot as there aren't many trees near by. The staff works really hard trying to get ppl through & they have a good system set up but it still takes FOREVER & can be very overstimulating/ loud. Perhaps an order ahead system could help fast track some orders? Either way it's such a minor issue compared to the quality I still frequent September.
One of my favorite cafes in montreal! The avocado toast is a must - I especially appreciate the touch of pumpkin seeds! I've visited this cafe a few times & everything is always on point. The pancakes are incredibly fluffy & the scones are perfectly crisp & sweet! The matcha & cappuccinos are so good. The bone broth is also perfect during winter - the fresh ginger & turmeric are so flavorful. The cafe is always packed but the line always moves relatively quickly & the service is super friendly!
Been wanting to go here forever, & it did not disappoint! it is busy all days of the week at all times so it may be difficult finding seating! I got the avocado toast, there was an odd combination of tastes when it came to the spicy spices & the sweetness of the avocado,the favorite was so Tasty. My white flat was very good! Strongly recommend!

I got the classic pancakes with an addition of strawberries with ham on the side & I loved it! It was extremely filling though, so it was difficult to finish all of it. My lemonade was super good but very sour! My friend got the avocado toast which she really liked, but she said there was an odd combination of tastes when it came to the spicy spices & the sweetness of the avocado. She also did not know the egg would be cold. Her chai latte was very good! Would recommend!

Super adresse de brunch / déjeuner ! L'avocado toast & les pancakes sont divins. C'est un peu bruyant à l'intérieur malheureusement mais je recommande néanmoins fortement cette addresse.
Loved this surf themed cafe, warm & cozy vibes. Reminded me of home. The avocado toast was on point. Flat white was incredible. If I lived in MTL, I'd come here all the time!
